Hannah and Emmet's List of Rules To Follow

Part 9

Jocelyn's P.O.V 

Hannah came in with the opposite of what Alice chose for her: skinny jean covered by her black boots with a loose black top which slid off one shoulder and a clasped with a gold buckle belt, I smiled and raised an eyebrow at her, "She wanted me to wear heels," she said as an answer and Alice slid in, "Ok, just wear this?" she said holding up a gold flower pendant, "Alice!" Hannah groaned but let the pendant drop into her open hand. She hung it around her neck and asked her: "Are you happy now?" Alice nodded and sped off and I heard Sydney: "I can choose my clothes thank you very much!" and Alice answering: "Well I can't help?" I grinned at Hannah and a few more minutes Sydney appeared wearing a dark purple gown with a gold belt similar to Hannah's, "Well you didn't win," Hannah said and walked toward the kitchen, as Esme and Carlisle came down the doorbell rang and Hannah answered it. Charlie stood there with Seth beside him and the others right behind him, "Hey there Charlie! Come on in!" Hannah smiled and as Mike passed her she winked, his eyes widened and he squeaked and pretty much ran in.

Later we sat around the dining table while the others left while we had already 'ate'. After most of had finished Hannah asked the room at large: "Who wants to see a trick?" there were a couple of, 'yeah sure' and some 'sure!' Hannah grinned and said: "Ok, when I put my head down on the table and come up in two seconds my eyes will change."  

"Sure." Ben said smiling, Hannah grinned back and covered her eyes, "One, two!" she said and uncovered her eyes, Mike shrieked and ducked under the table. Hannah was wearing cat eye contacts and Mike had freaked out, it was so obvious that Hannah had frozen time and put the contacts in then came back. We all looked at the place where Mike was cowering under the table, "What's wrong Mike, scared of cats?" Emmet asked bending down and mock punching his shoulder. He squeaked and curled into a ball, Esme was glaring at Hannah and Emmet, they all clapped and Angela asked: "How'd you do it?" 

"Tsk, tsk a magician never reveals her secrets" Hannah grinned. It took a few minutes to get Mike from under the table, Hannah was still wearing the contacts and when Mike saw her he started to hyperventilate, Sydney walked forward and grabbed him by the elbow and slapped him across the face, "What? Oh thanks I needed that," he said shaking his head lightly and Jessica starting forward and dragging him out the door. Hannah high-fived Emmet then Sydney when she turned to me I held my hand out as if to high-five her but smacked her in the forehead. She looked dazed for a second and Emmet laughed; "The cat's drunk!" Hannah looked at him, "For your information Emmet, these are panther eyes!" she said rolling her eyes, and just as Mike walked in Emmet was holding a fake gun, Mike screamed like a little girl and ran out again. Esme glared at them: "Wasn't me," Hannah said flipping some hair from her face and holding her hands up in mock surrender.

After the little problem with Mike we sat around in living room, Rose was flipping through channels at a human speed leaning against Emmet's arm. Hannah was typing away on her laptop working on a new book; she'd just finished her other one. Finally Rosalie stopped at football and Charlie smiled. Mike and Jessica had gone home a few hours ago, Ben and Angela were getting ready to leave and some of us walked them to door, "Bye, thanks for coming!" Esme called from the door and Angela waved back. She shut the door and smiled lightly at us.

Hannah's P.O.V 

Jocelyn immediately went to the piano and started to play, Charlie left last kissing Nessie on the head before. The second the door closed Emmet flipped onto the couch sighing loudly, I rolled my eyes and continued on my next chapter, I had attached my USB to the laptop and saved my documents onto it. Bella and Edward had left also the second Charlie left and Rose had went off with Alice to continue planning her wardrobe on the large touch screen computer in the room next to us. I closed my laptop down and said: "Well, does anyone want to fence with me?" Jocelyn grinned at me and we went down to the basement.

Bella's P.O.V 

"Edward?" I asked as we made our way toward our little cottage, "Yes love?" 

"Were did you set the raccoon down?"  

"Near the river, why?" 

"That." The house was covered in raccoon's, literally. There were some scrabbling at the garbage can in the front and one was hissing the window as Nessie beckoned hastily to me and Edward. She crept out and grabbed a raccoon by the tail and placed it into a nearby bush, "What happened?" I almost screeched, "I just opened a granola bar and they appeared!" Nessie said almost at the point when she'd start ripping her hair out, "Oh no way!" I muttered and pulled my new cell phone that Jocelyn had given to me, I saw Hannah's cell pop up and clicked it, "Hello?" Hannah's voice was accompanied by the clashing sound of metal, "Thanks," I growled, "What-Jocelyn I said you can't kick! Sorry what?"  

"Oh, I don't know maybe it's due to the fact my house is covered by raccoons!" I yelled into the phone, "What?" 

"You heard me!" 

"I didn't do anything!" 

"Oh really?" 

"Yeah!" 

"Then who did it?" 

"You think I know?" 

"Actually as a matter of fact yes!" 

"Well you're wrong," Hannah said bluntly, I growled deep in my throat and Hannah sighed, "We'll be right over." and hung up, I looked over at my house and said: "She didn't do it," Edward laughed, "Ok, she gives you a raccoon in a box and she has nothing to do with it?" 

"Well, she had something to do with it but she can't stand catching blood filled animals yet," I said and Renesmee nodded, "Oh," was all Edward said and Hannah and Jocelyn appeared followed by Esme and Carlisle. Esme gasped and covered her mouth, Hannah was still holding her fencing sword and trying not to laugh. Just then I noticed that the pads on the bottom of Hannah's boots weren't there. The bottom material was strong enough that they didn't need it but I was sure when Alice got them for her there were the padding on the bottom. I flitted forward and grabbed Hannah by the ankle, "Hey!" she cried as I lifted her foot in the air, "What the heck Bella!" she cursed and ripped her leg from my grasp, yep the bottom padding wasn't there, "Where's the padding on your boots?" I asked, "Oh I don't know maybe because I'm fencing!" she growled. If I were human I would've turned scarlet to the roots of my hair. I'm such an idiot.

Jocelyn's P.OV 

Bella darted forward and grabbed Hannah by her ankle. I didn't think it was funny only the fact that Bella wasn't usually this paranoid. I stepped forward and caught the scent of garbage, dirt, more dirt, fur, and blood. I had no wanting for raccoon blood, it was sort of awkward it I drained all the raccoons on top of the house. Really awkward. Hannah was in a fit of laughter while Edward tried to blame Hannah for everything that happened, Hannah smacked Edward in the side of his face and flipped him over onto his back and walked to stand beside me. I looked at the house and asked Hannah: "Do you still have that dog whistle?" 

"Yeah, why?" 

"Give it here..." 

"Ok?" I took the whistle and was about to place it to my lips and stopped, "Did you clean this?" Hannah rolled her eyes then suddenly popped the contacts from her eyes, "Ugh I hate theses things!" she exclaimed "No kidding," I said and blew into the silver whistle, all the raccoons scattered leaving a slightly damaged house in their path, "Problem solved," I said and started back to the house, Hannah caught up with me and knocked the sword from my hand, "On guard!" she called and I grabbed my sword from the ground and we fought all the way back home.
