[Y/N POV]

~

Josh stood up, extending a tattooed arm down to me. He flicked his fingers towards himself, gesturing for me to take his hand and I gladly accept it. Gently, he pulled me up off of the ground and there I was, stood frozen in front of Joshua William Dun. His warm eyes stared into mine as our hands slowly slipped apart, stopping when our fingers were barley touching. I felt heat pool under my cheeks and I look away, embarrassed.

"W-well-" I stuttered, pulling my hand away. I took it in my other hand and rubbed it nervously.

"I am exhausted, and a bit hungry. So uh, maybe could we get going to the tour bus, please?" I say as I point behind me, turning on my heel. I walked a few steps in that direction, trying desperately to escape that awkward moment.

"Uh huh, yeah well you're going the wrong way" Tyler laughed.

"Uh y-yeah I knew that. I was just, uh-" I said, nervously darting my eyes around in an attempt to find an excuse.

My eyes landed on an empty soda can in front of me. I bent down and took it in my hand, turning around to show them.

"I was just picking up this soda can! Why can't people just stop littering!" I tried to say jokingly as I rested hand on my hip, hoping that they would believe my lie. I threw the can into the closest garbage bin in sight, a loud clank resonating as it hit the bottom.

"I know right? How are we going to keep this world clean when people just throw their garbage everywhere!" Josh exclaimed sarcastically as I turned to face them, much to my surprise. How awkward can this get, I thought.

I looked to Tyler and find an amused smirk on his face, him knowing that I had just made up an excuse. He laughed as he saw my nervous features, and so did Josh. I slowly relaxed my tensed body and let out a small laugh.

I smiled as a walked back to them, looking down at my feet as I do so. I still felt nervous around them, but this small moment seemed to calm me a bit.

"So, maybe you guys can lead the way?" I asked as I stood in front of them.

"Would be a good idea" Josh said with a smile.
He's always smiling, I thought. I found it cute.

"Well then, follow me!" Tyler said as he kicked a leg out in front of him and walked off. I giggled and trailed him, Josh joining besides me. I looked to him.

"Do you have any food on the bus? I'm really quite hungry. Only if you don't mind of course. T-totally fine if I can't, I'll just go out and buy breakfast in the morning." I said, regretting asking that question in the first place.

"Yes, yes we do have food. And of course you can have some! I'm not just going to let you starve." Josh said as he looked back at me.

"Okay cool, thank you" I said, fiddling with my fingers.

A few moments passed until another question popped into my head. It itched to be asked.
