It was all her fault.

She hadn't come that day then my family would still be together.

And today he was going to marry that two timing biatch.

What he never knew at the time was that I was pregnant. I was going to tell him on the day we broke up. It had been a year since I left him in our flat and since then I had given birth to our daughter Kennedy, who was currently five months old and sleeping blissfully unaware of what will happen today.

He had send me an invitation but last week she turned up and uninvited me from coming to the wedding.

But today I was going to bring my family back together.

"I am not the kind of girl

Who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion

But you are not the kind of boy

Who should be marrying the wrong girl"

Most of the guests were already seated but no one was watching the doors so I could sneak in and when I did, I saw her arguing with her bridesmaids.

"I sneak in and see your friends

And her snotty little family all dressed in pastel

And she is yelling at a bridesmaid

Somewhere back inside a room

Wearing a gown shaped like a pastry"

I asked myself if you imagined yourself here right now, marrying into this crazy family.

"This is surely not what you thought it would be

I lose myself in a daydream

Where I stand and say

[Chorus:]

Don't say "Yes", run away now

I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door

Don't wait or say a single vow

You need to hear me out

And they said, "Speak now" "

Music was starting to float around the church so I carefully hid with Kennedy behind the curtains where we were out of sight.

"Fond gestures are exchanged

And the organ starts to play

A song that sounds like a death march

And I am hiding in the curtains

It seems that I was uninvited by your lovely bride-to-be"

As she walked down the isle I could see your eyes looking at her but I didn't see any love in your eyes as she walked towards you.

"She floats down the aisle like a pageant queen

But I know you wish it was me,

You wish it was me,

Don't you?

[Chorus:]

Don't say "Yes", run away now,

I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door.

Don't wait or say a single vow,

You need to hear me out,

And they said, "Speak now".

Don't say "Yes", run away now,

I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door.

Don't wait or say a single vow,

Your time is running out,

And they said, "Speak now".

Oh, la, la

Oh, oh

Say a single vow"

It came to the part where the preacher asked if anyone is against this marriage.

"I hear the preacher say, "Speak now or forever hold your peace"

There's the silence, there's my last chance.

I stand up with shaky hands, all eyes on me.

Horrified looks from everyone in the room

But I'm only looking at you."

I held my baby girl close as I walked into the isle. I could feel everyone's eyes on me but I only had eyes for you. I never sang in front of you in the two years we had been together but today was going to be a first.

I sang quietly but everyone heard me

"I am not the kind of girl

Who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion

But you are not the kind of boy

Who should be marrying the wrong girl

[Chorus:]

So, don't say "Yes", run away now,

I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door.

Don't wait or say a single vow,

You need to hear me out,

And they said, "Speak now".

And you'll say "Let's run away now,

I'll meet you when I'm out of my tux at the back door.

Baby, I didn't say my vows,

So glad you were around

When they said, "Speak now"."

I saw a smile on your face and when you walked towards me Kennedy started whimpering waking up. You took her out of my arms and looked me in the eyes ignoring everyone around us. "Let's go home....OUR home."

Kendall's POV

I held her hand as we walked out of the church towards her car. As we stood in front of it I turned around to look at her "I'm glad that you were there to speak now when the preacher asked who was against this. I love you (Y/N)."

I never looked back.
