"Morning Mali!" I said while I went over to her, Joy leaves early for work so I got here pretty early.

I walked in the living room with Mali.

"Oh Calum? You are up, well that's new" I said while taking a seat on the other side of the couch.

"Oh huh yeah" he said while not taking his eyes off his phone.

"Mali what do you wanna watch?" I asked her.

"My little pony!" She said and I smiled at her.

"Do you wanna go for another walk later on?" I asked her. I don't want Mali to always be inside the house, Since she is on holidays she has to do something fun right?

"Yes!" She said while jumping, I could see that Calum was bothered by her action. I decided to leave it for now.

"Alright" I said and turned on my little pony for her.

"I'll go and make some milkshakes yeah?" I said and she nodded.

I took out, strawberries, bananas, blueberries and oranges for the milkshake. Then I took out the blender and added all the ingredients with milk of course.

"What's up with you?" I heard someone say.

"Huh?" I responded to Calum.

"You seem weird?" He said.

"Uh I was thinking the same thing about you" I said while fixing my top.

"Oh no, I'm fine" he said quickly and opened the fridge.

"What are you going to do today?" I asked him while turning off the blender.

"Non of your business" he said quickly.

"Oh—um okay" I said and quickly turned around to get some cups.

"I didn't want it to sound rude" he said while touching my shoulder.

"Oh no it didn't sound rude at all.." I said, of course lying.

"Well I'm gonna head out now" he said while he had a bottle of water.

"Alright" I said and taking the cups in my hands.

"Can I try it?" He asked pointing towards the cup of milkshake.

"Uh sure" I said and handed him one of the cups.

He drank a little and put the cup down, if he didn't like it I would be embarrassed of myself. I swear I can't even make drinks.

"It's good" he said, gave me a smile and left.

"Here you go Mali!" I said and handed her the frozen cup, her favourite one.

"Thanks" she said while not taking her eyes off the tv.

I sat down and watched the tv with Mali.

My phone buzzed, since I have on silence most of the time.

I looked at the screen and it was Bella.

Bella: wyd

Me: babysitting mali

Bella: oh

Me: why??

Bella: i wanted to meet up
