The Beginning - Chapter 23

One Year Later.

"Shut it Flame-brain!"
"I'd rather be a flame-brain than a nudist, ice Popsicle!"
"Oh please! The girls love it!"
"Really? Hard for girls to like you when you're gay!"
"Don't say that! Juvia is still sad because of it!" Juvia said whining as she starts to cry. Her tears start to flood up the guild as she sobs more and more.
"Now you got the rain woman upset! Why you-!" Gray pounced on Natsu, knocking him down. The boys pulled each other's hair while Erza ate her Strawberry Cake. Suddenly, Gray punched Natsu too hard, making him land on Erza, knocking over the cake. The whole guild gasped.

"P-please Erza! It was Gray's fault! He pushed me!" Natsu begged.
"M-me?! Fire boy over here fell on you!" Gray's voice cracked.
"I've had Enough!" Erza got up from her seat, flipping over the table.
"You two need to learn to get along!" She yelled crashing their heads together. The guild couldn't help but laugh, finally everything was normal.

"Look at them." Lucy smiled as she grabbed a seat next me.
"They're adorable.." I sigh.
"So how are you? Today is the anniversary of-" I cut my sister off.
"I know.. It's officially been a year. I just want to forget about everything that happened back there." I whisper.
"R-right.. But it's gonna be pretty hard to forget if you carry his book everywhere." She pointed at The Book of Zeref that read Kcalb's name on it.
"He was my friend. He's the only good thing that came out of that mess..." I clutch Kcalb's book tighter.
"Yeah, he was a good kid.." Lucy smiled holding my hand.
"Is." I corrected her.

"Right right!.. Uhm.. Anyways, on a more positive note, how are you and Natsu?" She winked.
"Well... I haven't told anyone yet.. But- I'm 3 weeks pregnant."
"WHAT!!!" She screams so loud, the whole guild looks over.
"YUP! I NEVER LIKED MAKEUP!" I shout nervously. The guild then pays no attention and continues with their everyday routine. Nab staring at the request board like no tomorrow, Mirajane serving drinks at the bar, and Natsu and Gray fighting like always.

"You're pregnant?!" She squeals while smiling like a maniac.
"Haha! Yup!" I giggle. She hugs me tightly.
"Does Natsu know?" She says excitedly.
"No- I plan to tell him tonight, at our double date with Gray and Lyon."
"Oooh!!! This is gonna be so fun! I can't wait to tell Leo-" I put my hand over her mouth.
"Oh nuh-uh little sister. Your boyfriend can not know about this, ya hear?" I smirk. She nods flashing back a smile. Realizing I didn't hear any yelling, I looked up to see Gray talking to Mirajane. No Natsu..

"Hey cutie!" I heard a familiar voice call up. I turn around to see Natsu.. His pink hair all messed up, one tooth short and all bruised.
"N-Natsu?!" I get up, leaving the book and run up to him.
"Had to wrestle Gray for these, he planned to give them to his boyfriend, Lyon. But you're way to damn important." He flashes me the smile I love oh so much. He shows me what he was hiding behind his back- and it's a bouquet of roses..
"Natsu.." I whisper.
"I know, I know, I'm a great boyfriend-"
"I'm allergic to roses, you Baka!!!" I hit him upside the head while hearing laugher behind up.
"OWWW!! You hit like Elfman!" He groans.
"MANLY!" I could hear Elfman shout on the other side of the guild.
"Sorry! Haha!" I hug the big goof-ball and he hugs me tighter, dropping the roses.

"Can't wait for our date.." Natsu whispers.
"I can't either.. I have big news.." I kiss his nose, making him blush.
"Never saw you as the romantic type." I laugh.
"W-what ever!" He pouts and looks away.
"Now.. What's the big news?" He looks down at me.
"That, my pink headed friend, will have to wait till tonight.."
"Ughhh... Wait- did I just get friend-zoned by my girlfriend?" He asked laughed.
"Baka! Just go and get ready!" I kiss his cheek and give him one last hug before I head back home with Lucy.
