Btw this actually takes place in the same setting as the Jimin imagine.

It all takes place after the photoshoot so basically this happens at the same time as the Jimin imagine 😱😱😱😱 cos remember how I said 'you came with your friend who was also Namjoon's girlfriend' ?

Short summary ~You and Namjoon decide to get ice cream after the photoshoot~

Namjoon finishes his photoshoot half an hour earlier than Jimin and is sitting near the water for his break.

He, too, is getting scorched but actually likes the feeling of the hot summer sun on his skin.

His feet get splashed on by the near non-existent waves a couple of times. He leans back with his arms supporting him and closes his eyes, feeling the sun prickling his face.

When Jimin finishes his photoshoot half an hour later, Namjoon witnesses his reunion with his girlfriend.

~Namjoon is lowkey wishing you (his girlfriend) were with him and is getting kinda depressed thinking about it~

You're a man Namjoon, he thinks. You can take this. You can live without Y/N for a couple of days more.

Deciding to get his mind off the subject, he gets up and walks around the beach for a while. After a few moments, he finally begins to think about other things- deep things. Like how the world manages to keep on running although horrific things happen every day.

War, poverty, abuse Namjoon thinks. And I'm sitting here doing a photoshoot. And missing my girlfr-

Right in the middle of his thoughts, he feels something firm land on his shoulders.

He yelps.

Looking back, he sighs in great relief because he sees that it's you.

~you had seen him walking around and wanted to scare him so you crept up and pushed down on his shoulders (like a kidnapper would do to a child or smthn). Btw, all the scaring happens when Namjoon is sitting on the sand again after walking around~

You: "Got scared, huh?"

NJoon: "Pffft, no."

You: "Come on, I saw you scream like a little girl."

You start laughing at the memory of the look on his face when you scared him.

NJoon: "Fine. I'll admit I was scared. But I did not scream like a little girl. I screamed like a man."

At hearing this, you start laughing hysterically.

NJoon: "What?"
