Chapter 8

Jake POV: All week i have gotten closer with Zoey, it's  been fun and i have seen her smiling all of the time we hung out, the first night she had a nightmare again but wasn't as bad it was the only day this week i wasn't in bed with her the other nights she asked and i accepted and nothing happened maybe she feels safe with me and i am sort of happy about that. Today is friday and after school i thought that she would like to go the My Chemical Romance last performance we all knew how much she loves MCR so what could be better then help be strong then her favourite band of all time she just doesn't know that she is going to the concert i told her brothers that what i got planned and they agreed to it they have allowed me to stay in the same bed as her but as long as the door is open for her brothers to check which got me to chuckle about when they told us. I got ready and then drove to Zoeys place  as i got out of the car she just came down the stairs in her regular clothes nothing girly which i was happy about.

Jake - You ready to go??

Zoey - Umm yah but where are we going??

Jake - It is a suprise but i know you are going to like it i said with a smile

Zoey - Umm okay see ya guys later she yelled to her brothers they just nod as we went out the door. 30 minutes later we arrived at the concert she gave me a confused look while i had a huge grin on my face

Jake - Are you ready for the MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE CONCERT?? i asked loudly which cuased her to smile and scream in excitement which got me to laugh a lot she mostly dragged me out of the car and told me to hurry up.

Zoey - I can't believe you got us tickets, why would you do this for me? she asked completely suprised

Jake - You deserve this after the last few weeks i said to he ras we entered the arena

Soon My chemical romance started playing some of their hits like Famous last words, Helena, The Black Parade, Sing and much more.

Teenagers started playing which got Zoey and I singing very loudly

Zoey POV: As me and Jake sung teenagers we were looking at eachother singing really loudly with the rest of the crowd, when the song was over we cracked up laughing i am having the best time at the concert and funny enough with my enemy well he isn't really my enemy we just didn't get along so well. The second to last song that was played was sing and everyone was singing and moving side to side with their arms in the air it was really nice The final song of the night is my favourite it was na na na when it started Jake asked the guy next to me to help pick me up at first i screamed because i didn't expect it but i enjoyed it when i was use to it and everyone was singing, bye end of the concert we had bought t-shits that had MCR on it and was walking out singing to the songs still we were laughing on the way home it was silent but wasn't awkward silent but nice silent i was staring at Jake i don't know if he noticed i hope he didn't because that would be embarrassing, but as we stopped at my house he finally stared back at me.  

Jake - Why were you staring at me while i was driving here? he asked with a smirk  

Zoey - Who said i was staring at you? i asked  

Jake - Oh please you were so staring at me i just want to know why? he asked  

Zoey - Follow me i said as i got out of the car he nod his head as response and followed me i lead him out into the back yard and i was standing near the pool he looked a bit confused and had no idea what i was doing.  

Jake - Zoe what are we doing out here?? he asked a bit worried

Zoey - Just trust me ok? and can you start playing Na Na Na i asked him, he still looked confused

Jake - Umm okay? he said as he turned the music on, i still don't get what the point is... he stopped talking once i jumped into the water.

I was under the water and i swam up to top Jake ran over to me he was shocked but i couldn't help but laugh of how scared he was.

Jake - Zoey you went into water and are still smiling he said with a huge smile i nod my head in response then he all of sudden jumped in as well i went back down under water and he grabbed my waist  as my arms wrapped around his neck we were both still under water looking at eachother with the biggest grins on our face all of sudden he was leaning in and i followed and we kissed it was just a soft kiss nothing big about it no sucking eachother faces no tongues it was just a small romanitc kiss which made my stomach flutter with butterlies but it caught us both by suprise then he let go and i did the same and we went back up for air before we could say anything about the kiss we were interrupted by my brothers, Cameron, Anthony, Nate, Brendan and Becca all staring at me with disbelief did they see us kiss shit i would be in so much trouble we both got out of the pool as Becca gave us towels to keep warm in at the moment.

Zane - What happened?? did he push you in again he asked looking at Jake with anger

Zoey - Zane calm down i jumped in i am fine now okay this week really helped and i am fien around the pool now i said with a smile which got everyone to give me a group hug i looked at Jake the whole time he was looking at me to.

Becca - Awesome as i was meaning to tell you that my uncle invited me to his beach house and he also said you can come we will be their for 2 weeks starting monday she said with excitement

Zoey - You serious awesome! i shouted which got everyone to chuckle

Blake - Come inside you guys should have a shower and get changed

Jake - Will do he said as he walked into the guest bedroom that has the bathroom in it

Zoey - Okay be out soon guys i told everyone i siad as i walked upstairs and grabbed some Pjamas and some underwear, as i was about to head into my bathroom their was a knock at my door i opened the door it was Jake.

Jake - We need to talk he said as he sat down on my bed as i joined him
