Jocelyn's POV

I'm pregnant.
No one knows.
Not even Ethan.
I love Ethan, but I'm not just gonna burst out "I'm pregnant." In front of everyone when my sister could lose her babies.
I wanna tell someone, but I just don't know who.
"Guys can I talk to Kian for a moment please.?"
I asked Ethan, Grayson and Alex.
The nodded and stepped out.
"Hey bup how you holding up.?"
I asked.
"I'm okaay I guess, what's up love.?"
She seemed concerned about why I wanted to speak to her alone.
I bursted out crying.
"Love what's wrong.?"
She asked hugging me.
"I just have something to tell you and everyone else, but I feel like I can't cause your in the hospital and I don't want anyone to get worried for me.!"
I said through my tears.
"Tell me love.?"
She asked concerned and worried.
"I'm pregnant.."
I said looking down. Kian started smiling.
"Aww love that's great.!! Love you don't have to keep it from us. And if you're not ready to say anything then don't stress yourself about it love. When the time's right, feel free to say it whenever you're ready."
Kian said smiling at me. She's right. I'm not forced to say anything until I'm comfortable.
"You're right bup, I'll go bring in the boys."
I said smiling with my head held high.
I went out and called the boys back in.
"Everything alright.?"
Ethan asked and he wrapped his arms around my waist.

Finally Kian got out of the hospital and we all remember that we had to take care of her.

Grayson's POV

Kian's going home.! And I've never been so happy to have my girlfriend back home with us.
Kian went into our bedroom to change clothes.
She came out and sat down on the couch.
We couldn't help, but smile.
"I'm glad to be home."
She said.
"Babe come here."
She called me.
"What bup.?"
I asked her staring at her beautiful brown eyes.
"I'm hungry.."
She whispered.
"What do you want to eat baby.?"
I asked.
"Surprise me."
She smirked.
Ethan and Jocelyn helped me out.
And after we were done she devoured it.
"Wow.."
I said. Well then again she's got her mouth to feed and two more.

Few months later.

Ethan, Jocelyn, Kian and I were going to the beach today.
We started to get get ready.
"We're ready.!!"
I yelled.
"We are too.!!"
Ethan yelled back.
Once we were about to leave, the most unexpected, expected thing happened.
"My water just broke."
Kian said not really surprised and we stared at her in shock.
"What.?"
I asked to make sure I heard the right thing.
"My water broke. I'm about to have the babies."
She said.
We all stood there for a few seconds and then we panicked.
We started changing and grabbing stuff we need.
I was in the biggest hurry of my life, but Kian wasn't.
"C'mon we have to go. ETHAN WE HAVE TO GO.!!"
I yelled and Kian looked at me like if I'm crazy.
"Sorry baby I'm just nervous."
I said kissing her forehead.
Kian was definitely in pain, but she could definitely pull through it.

Alex came at the perfect time.
"Dude drive us to the hospital, Kian's about to burst.!"
I said speed walking and we all except Kian ran.
On our way to the hospital Kian's contractions were getting worse.
She was sweating. I held her hand, but she squeezes it so hard it might break.
"Okaay bup less force please.."
I said to her a bit scared.
"Shut the fuck up, Grayson."
Kian said through the pain.
"Yes ma'am."
I said quietly.
And everyone started chuckling.

When we got to the hospital I ran inside while Ethan, Jocelyn and Alex helped Kian.
"Hi, my girlfriend's about to five birth. Her name'sKian Adamari-Aileen Ayden."
I said out of breath to the nurse at the front desk.
"Yes, right this way.!"
She said getting up fast.
The nurse gave Kian a room and a gown to wear. We all stayed there watching the nurse get everything ready while Kian went to go change. Once she got out the nurse and I helped her onto the bed.
Ethan stepped outside, he was on the phone with someone. I'm guessing mom.

Hours past and Kian hasn't given birth yet, her contractions are still killing her, but she's trying to be strong.
Ethan and Alex were sitting down in a chair and Jocelyn on top of Ethan, of course.
I was laying down with Kian on her bed, comforting her. Someone knocked on the door and it was the nurse.
"Hi, how are you feeling Kian.?"
She asked, she seemed to have a surprise or something.
"The truth.? I'm dying. The lie.? I'm great."
Kian and her sarcasm.
"Well I'm not sure if this might make it better, but there's someone here to see you."
The nurse smiled at us, Jocelyn, Alex, Kian and I were confused, but Ethan seemed to know who it was since he had a smirk plastered on his face.
And that "someone" who walked in was; my mom Lisa, my dad Sean, and my sister Cameron.
"Oh my god, you guys are here.!"
I squeaked, Ethan and I ran to them and hugged them.
Jocelyn and Alex introduce themselves to our parents and sister since they never got the chance to meet Jocelyn, or Alex, not even Kian.
And after that it was time to finally time to introduce them to the greatest girlfriend, bestfriend, future wife, and future mother to be.... Kian.
"Mom, dad, Cam, this is my girlfriend Kian."
I said smiling like an idiot.
"It's an honored to meet you Kian, we've heard great things about you.!"
My mom said as they all gave her a big hug.
"Likewise, I'm sorry, I wanna say much things, but I feel like I'm dying. You know the feeling Mrs. Dolan."
Kian said letting out a sigh.
"Yes I do dear and please call me Lisa or Momma Dolan."
My mom said holding Kian's hand. Kian smiled.
"Thank you for coming. You guys are the best."
Kian said almost half asleep.
"Anything for my son, and future daughter in law."
Said my dad. Kian's eyes were wide.!
"Future.... daughter.... in law.??"
Kian asked with her brown eyes lighting up.
"Dad.! No it was suppose to be a surprise.!"
I said shyly.
Everyone knew that I was going to propose to Kian after she had the babies and was fine.
"Are you serious.?"
Kian asked, she was smiling from ear to ear.

"Yes, and Ethan, mom, dad, Cam, Jocelyn and Alex were in on it."
I smiled at the floor.
And right before Kian could say anything it was go time.
"Oh god.! Gray I can-"
Kian couldn't finish her sentence, my dad ran out to get the doctor and before we knew it we all had to wait outside except for me since I'm the father.
I was scared, nervous, excited and I'm pain since Kian is on the verge of breaking my hand.

We might need a c-section here."
The doctor said to another doctor.
And that's when I knew it wasn't going to be good.
There was so many doctors and nurses. I felt odd.
I kept thinking the worse.
I couldn't help it.
I was in my own little world. Until the doctor's comment woke me up.
"She's losing blood.! Get him out of here.!"
One the doctors yelled.
"Wait what.? No. I'm not leaving my girlfriend.!"
I yelled back and I had two nurses pushing me back.
"We're sorry sir, but it's for your own good and Miss Ayden's own good."
And before I know it I was pushed out of the room and I went crying to my parents, sister, brother, and friends.
They all stood up when they saw me crying. Each one with a terrible look on their faces.
"Grayson what's wrong.?"
Ethan asked.
"Where's my sister.?"
Jocelyn asked.
"Sweet heart is everything alright.?"
Mom asked.
"Kian.... Kian and the babies might not make it.."
I bursted out crying onto the floor and my mom came crying to my side.
My sister and dad were hugging each other while crying, Ethan, Jocelyn and Alex all hugged each other crying as well as Jocelyn and I couldn't help it.
"I'm sorry."
I said through my tears to Jocelyn.
"It wasn't your fault Gray."
She said back through her tears.
I'm about to lose my girlfriend and my babies.
