The War of 1812 was one of the hardest things Canada has had to endure. As a British Colony, he had to fight even if he didn't want to. When Canadian and British troops burned down America's capital, Canada found himself enjoying his older brother's pain. He relished in the fact that he was finally getting revenge on America for ignoring and forgetting him all his life. He had finally separated himself from America. Looking back, Canada was horrified with himself and still is to this day.
