Allen (2pAmerica) and Matthew (Canada) were close friends because they're both forgotten and ignored by their so-called friends and family. They understood each other and were always there when the other needed them. When the bridge between their two dimensions "dissolved" and the two learned that they would never be able to see each other again, Allen cried for hours and Matthew refused to see or speak to anyone.
