Arthur (1p!England) hates Oliver (2p!England). Not because of his violence and insanity although that certainly helps fuel it, but because 2p!Scotland, 2p!North Ireland, 2p!South Ireland, and 2p!Wales never fought for independence from him. They loved him and cared about him to much to hurt him. 1p!England's scars still haven't healed from the times his older brothers attacked him.
