Germany/HRE, Prussia, Austria, Hungary, Switzerland, and Liechtenstien are all siblings. The Nordics, All of the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium are their cousins. Germania didn't tell them because he knew they would have to fight with one another in the future, and he didn't want family ties holding them back. Austria is the only one who knows this.
