HetaOni is based off of a nightmare Romano had. He was forced to watch his little brother's pain as all of his friends were killed. At the end of the dream, Italy turned to him and screamed, "WHY DIDN'T YOU HELP ME?! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!! I HATE YOU!!" before pointing a gun to his head and killing himself. Romano woke up screaming and had to call Italy to make sure he was okay.
