Atticus was flipping shit. Negative thoughts were floating around her mind, stunning her into a nervous silence.
She glanced at the clock that ticked in sync with her racing heart. "Ten till twelve." She muttered to herself. Quietly tip-toeing out of the dorm, muttering lumos to light her way down the stairwell.
The common room had a warm glow around it. The crackling of the fire calmed the raging river that was her nerves. Looking at the grand clock, she muttered, "Three till twelve."
She breathed deeply trying to calm herself. She felt as if she was glued to the seat. Her arms were wrapped around herself.
"Atticus?" She heard Harry's voice whisper. She couldn't help the shy smile that spread across her lips. She quickly got up and turned to face Harry. His face had awe written across it as it was lit up by the fire that burned behind them.
"H-Hey. Wow, Hi."
Harry smiled widely and rushed to the shy girl, enveloping her in his arms. His head nuzzled in her hair as she instinctively wrapped her arms around his waist.
"I found you."
"Well technically I-"
"Nope, don't ruin it."
