"Atticus." Harry let out an airy laugh. Her name rolled off of his tongue like silk.
"What about her?" Hermione asked causing Harry to jump and quickly hid the letter. Harry's faced flushed as he squirmed under Hermione's sharp stare. Hermione quirked an eyebrow.
"Who is that letter from, Harry?" She questioned in a demanding tone.
"No one, Hermione. What letter? I have nothing." He rambled, showing his now empty hands to her with a teasing smile on his lips.
"You have more important things to focus on, Harry! The first task is merely two weeks away."
Harry rolled his eyes in annoyance. "I'm aware, Hermione."
The two continued studying defensive spells for some time. While Hermione was digging through the mountain of books around them, Harry wrote a reply to Atticus.
To Atticus Wilde,
Why would I leave?
I'm Harry Potter, I'm also a fourth year Gryffindor. I'm always on edge. I'm terrified to be alone and even more so to lose those who I hold close.
I won't lose you, right?
-Harry
P.S
I'll be there.
