Not A Cliché Love Story

Part 13

When morning came Gabby woke up on the couch. She opened her eyes and was confused because she was sitting leaning on someone. She looked up and saw Alex's face she smiled at him he was so adorable when he was asleep.

She nudged Alex a couple of times until he finally squinted.

"Wake up sleepyhead."she said

"What time is it? And where am I?"he asked

"You're at my house on the couch I guess we fell asleep watching the movie."she answered his question with ease

"Oh yeah because some little girl fell asleep on my shoulder."he joked

"Well some big monster told me I could."

"Are you supposed to listen to monsters?"

"No but you're a pretty good looking monster and you're nice so I did."she complimented

"Why thank you you're a pretty good looking little girl if I don't say so myself."

"Thank You."

"I just want you to know that you can come to me if you need help with anything or if you just need to talk. Even if it's just for two minutes or if it's 5 hours it doesn't matter I'm here for you. Okay?"Alex told her

"Okay..."Gabby replied

"Perhaps okay will be our always."

"Perhaps."

"I know you don't like clichè love stories but do you wanna go star gazing tonight maybe?"

"Yes I would love to."

"Really?!"he exclaimed

"Yes really."

He sprung up from the couch and hugged her and spinned her around.

When he finally put her down she asked "Is this gonna be like a date?"

"If you want it to be."he replied with a hopeful look in his eyes

"I want it to be. Is that alright?"

"Better than alright I've been wanting to ask you out for a while now but I never had the guts because I thought I would be turned down and it would ruin our friendship."

"I've been waiting for you to ask me out and it could never ruin our friendship and I don't see how anyone could turn you down you're amazing and fun to hang out with and you're really funny and you're also good looking and a lot of other things too."

"Well you're awesome and funny and well you're also gorgeous you're silly and and cool to hang with."he told her

"Thank You. Now how about we watch a movie that's not boring or childish?"

"Okay what do you want to watch?"

"A horror movie that's also comedy."

"Ouija Board Experiment."

"I'll get the popcorn and drinks."Gabby said

"I got the candy and the ice cream."Alex said

They set up the movie on Netflix and just sat there laughing at how stupid the people were by going in the attic. Gabby screamed when the evil spirits came out and hid her face in Alex's neck. There was popcorn all over the floor from her jumping and screaming.

When the movie finished they cleaned up and by then it was 1 o'clock. They parted ways and went to get ready for their stargazing date tonight.

I'm a big Fault In Our Stars fan so I had to use that somewhere.
