Kim Tae Hyung POV

"Omma!," Jungkook gasped as he stared at his mother in shock.
Jungkook turned to me worriedly, and as always I gave him a blank expression.

"You! Leave right now!," Mrs. Jeon shouted angrily as she pointed over to me.

"Me?," I murmured innocently as I pointed to myself just to make sure she meant me.

"Yes, you! Out!," Mrs. Jeon ordered firmly as she walked up to me.

I bit my lip in anger. I want to shout back at her; but since she is Jungkook's mother, I tired to remain calm.
Jungkook reached in and squeezed my hand tightly. I turned to him.

"It's okay, Taehyung," Jungkook assured as he looked up at me with a smile.

I hesitated. "I'll see you in school, okay?," I asked. I wanted to make it certain that I would see him.

Jungkook nodded with a smile; and then he let go of my hand. I smiled back at him; a fake smile, so that he wouldn't feel worried about me.

And as I walked past Mrs. Jeon, we exchanged deathly glares. I rolled my eyes at her and left.

"Explain! Now!," my mother shouted. She looked so angry that I could see horns on her head.

"Jungkook, go to school. I'll handle this!," my father said firmly as he crossed his arms around his chest.

I nodded silently.

"No. Jungkook, you won't go to school!," my mother ordered in a shout. She was sure that I would meet up with Taehyung; and she didn't wanted it.

I nodded again silently.

"Jungkook, go to school!," my father ordered.

"No, he won't!," my mother shouted back furiously.

I hesitated.

Whom should I listen to - the one who I knew all my life or the one who just recently appeared?

Without another word, I grabbed my school bag and left the room in a rush.
As I dashed off, I heard my mother call my name; and then I heard the shattering of glasses.

I didn't look back as I ran out.

Kim Tae Hyung POV

Jungkook lied to me.

I laid down on the bench as I stared up at the clear cloudless sky.

Jungkook didn't come to school.

I sighed in frustration.

I texted him many times; but no response.
I called him many times; yet no reply.

Had something happened between him and his mother?
Had his mother told him not to meet him?

I lifted my hand over my face; shielding my face from the piercing sunlight.

Where are you?

Though I went to school, I didn't attend any classes. I just laid on the bench staring at the lifeless sky.
And just like that time passed.

School was over. Soullessly, as I neared my apartment, I saw someone sitting down on my doorstep with his face buried in his hands.

I smiled happily as I ran up to him; calling his name, "Jeon Jungkook!"

Jungkook looked up at me. He smiled as he stood up straight. "Taehyung!," he called.

"Where were you?," I pouted.

"I stayed back at home.......," Jungkook lied with a sincere smile.

I acknowledged it.
Right now there was too much going on with him, so I decided not to bother him.

"Well, you're here now!," I said happily as I embraced him in my arms.
I felt Jungkook bury his face deep within my shirt. I heard a few sobs.

Jungkook was crying.

"Jungkook - ," I called worriedly.

"Actually - ," Jungkook spoke up in a husky voice as he pulled away from me.

I stared at him; biting my lip hard, praying he wouldn't say the bitter words I didn't want to hear.

"I came here to say goodbye," Jungkook spoke up in a low voice as he averted his gaze from me.

My heart froze. I felt myself go numb slowly and slowly. A shot of pain went through me.

My eyes...they're stinging.
Am I...Am I crying?

"Jungkook...," I murmured as I reached out to grasp him; hoping I could change his decision.

But Jungkook took a step back.

Jungkook looked up at me with tearful eyes and a hurtful smile.
"Take care, Tae...Oppa...," Jungkook said as he looked at me straight in my eyes.

My heart stopped a minute.

Oppa?

After such a long time I heard that word; but what use is it when he's about to leave me.

Jungkook turned back and walked away from me. I watched him slowly leave my line of sight.

Is this it? Our story's end?

Jeon Jung Kook POV

I walked away from him, as fast as possible; because I feared that if I see his hurting face, then I would change this heartbreaking decision.

I stared at my phone's screen; at the message I received from my mother a while ago before I met Taehyung.

I bit my lip hard as I cried.

Jungkook, come back. We're leaving Seoul.
