Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
The Lord is our strength in every situation. If we put our trust in the Lord, fully and truly place our trust in the Lord, we can do many things.
We need to be like a horse whose vision is blocked so that it won't get distracted.
Have you ever tried to keep your balance and failed? You need a focal point. Focus hard on one point and you will be able to keep your balance.
This is also true with running your race to God. Find a focal point. Jesus is your focal point. Eternal life is your focal point. Focus on Christ.
