Dead Leaves

When I woke up, there was tea in the night stand. The steam was still seen but the cookies next to them were cold (cause Dark isn't on his man period and he made you cookies XD). I dipped on the tea and nibbled the cookies until Dark came in and laid next to me.

"Good morning gorgeous." Dark says then kisses my cheek. I smile then look at him. I start frowning and think of mark and Wilford. I've hurt them both. But I didn't hurt Wilford as much as I did Mark. Mark is probably crushed right now.

I put my tea on the night stand and close my eyes.  As I close my eyes, I slowly fade away into a meadow.  There's cherry blossoms every where that are slowly falling. I could here soft music playing as I slowly walk.  The leaves from other trees start falling. Mark was standing at the end of the path with his hand out towards me. I slowly walk towards him, reaching for him. His smile is bright with hopeful eyes. I turn around to see Wilford. His hand is also reaching for me.

I turn to the side. Dark is smiling at me with hand out. I turn to the other side to see a figure. A tall dark figure. I look down as the leaves fall faster. I look up to the sky which is blue, with no sun nor clouds. 

I fall to my knees and start screaming. No noise came out. The music got louder. The sound of the leaves and the trees fighting and clashing got louder. They all started to fade.  Except Dark. His red eyes glowed through the petals and leaves. I turn to the side where the figure was standing. His eyes burned green and stared towards Dark.  Dark snarled and looked past me. 

The figure stepped closer until everything stopped moving. Only the music played. The leaves and the petals were floating in front of my face at Dark and the figure were planted in their spots. The petals in front of me seemed to be pushed away as Mark appeared in front of me and gave me a sweet smile. I smiled back and took his hand. 

The green and red eyes faded as everything started falling slowly again. I could see through the petals, not many were falling. I looked down to see green leaves and pink petals scattered across the stone path.

It fell to dusk, when the moon finally came out, the stars twinkled above, the fireflies danced around, but a different song was playing this time. It was a soft and sweet melody that filled the air with its calmness. The was a balcony at the end of a path. I grabbed Mark's hand and started running. The shore appears with a dark ocean falling it. The glitter of the sea was absolutely beautiful. Mark was behind me when he wrapped his arms around my waist and he kissed my cheek.

Suddenly the moon turned red and the ocean glimmered green. I turned around to see Mark fading. The stone path glowed with a faint blue. The petals and leaves glowed. I ran back down the path to find a 4 way intersection. 4 roads, but I could see what was at the end of each. I stepped in the middle as a black mist appears when I took a step the the left, red dust when I went to the right, pink dust when I went forward, and blue dust when I went backwards. The middle started to crack, but I didn't feel the welts. It was as if they were painted in with white paint.  I took a chance with the green path. I walked forward into the continuing path of cherry blossoms and oaks.

The music was gets softer. Butterfly by bts was playing, but echoing. A blue glowing butterfly landed at the end of my finger. The ends of its wings were a pink glitter, the dots on the top were green. I didn't know what to think. It slowly jumped and continued on its way.

The path wouldn't end. I kept hearing "butterfly, like butterfly, almost butterfly" (translated because I'm learning Korean and it's hard with it being romanized sooo). I closed my eyes until I felt a hand in my shoulder. I turn around but no was around.

Everything continued glowing and the trees clashing in the soft breeze. Everything started to fade into black when I say a doorway at the end of the path.
