{Mute} Chapt. 7

Kakashi and Alice were at Ichiraku's, having some lunch after Kakashi was assigned as a sensei on Squad 7. As Kakashi was doing the bell test, Alice stayed at the house. The reason why Alice stayed back was because she was still asleep.

It didn't take long for Alice to realize that Kakashi was not in the house. While he was gone, Alice read most of Kakashi's books. But she didn't get to go through all of them because Kakashi came back just in time.

Although, it concerned Kakashi why Alice left Kisuke. But of course, he wouldn't know the truth to why she left because Alice refused to talk. Even though she learned sign language from Lord Hokage, she still refuses to tell Kakashi why she left Kisuke.

Truth be told, Alice didn't know what had happened either. So now, Kakashi was with Alice, having lunch. Or well, trying to eat lunch. Alice wouldn't eat anything Teuchi served her. She wouldn't eat ramen or soup. She wasn't interested.

"Are you sure you're okay, Alice? You haven't eaten anything." Kakashi noticed. Alice stared at the untouched ramen bowl, not responding. "Maybe ramen isn't what you're into." Kakashi said. "Here, try this, Alice." Ayame said as she set a plate of meat down in front of her.

Alice emotionlessly stared down at the meat. She took a piece of meat off the plate then examined it. "Don't worry, it's not poisoned or anything. I assure you." Ayame said with a closed eye smile. Alice looked at her then back at the meat before taking a bite out of the meat.

Ayame and Kakashi stared at the white haired girl, waiting to see how'd she react. At the very least, Kakashi was expecting her to spit it out. But they got a whole different reaction when Alice's eyes sparkled, and in one swift surprise, Alice began to eat the meat hungrily.

Kakashi and Ayame looked at each other then smiled, happy to see Alice eating. "Kakashi-sensei!"

Alice stopped eating and turned her head to see Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke walking over. She frowned slightly before going back to her meat. "What are you guys doing here?" Kakashi asked. "We wanted to see if we had any other missions. Believe it!" Naruto said.

Sasuke looked over at Alice as she continued to hungrily eat her meat, not paying any attention to Squad 7. Sakura noticed Sasuke's stare and followed his gaze, spotting Alice as well. "Kakashi-sensei, who's that?" She asked. Kakashi looked at Alice as she ate.

"This is Alice. I adopted her a few years ago." He introduced. "Oh, yeah. I know her. She was that quiet girl in the academy who never talked. I never knew she was your daughter." Sakura said. "Well, I guess I just leave some things out," Kakashi said. He turned to Alice. "Alice, could you stop eating for a second? There are some people I want you to meet," He said.

Alice turned her head with a frown as meat was stuffed in her mouth. "I promise you, you can go back to your meat once this is done," Kakashi reassured her. Alice snatched a piece of meat off her plate before eating her it. Once she swallowed, she turned her seat around so she was facing the three genin.

"Alice, this is Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, and Sasuke Uchiha." Kakashi introduced. Alice looked at them, but didn't do nor react. "Hi! Nice to meet ya!" Naruto greeted as he held out his hand for her to shake. Alice stared down at it, but didn't shake his hand.

 "You shake his hand, Alice." Kakashi said to her. Alice looked at him then shook Naruto's hand. "Is she okay, Kakashi-sensei?" Sakura asked. "She's fine. Alice just isn't use to people." He explained. Alice's eyes fell on Sakura.

Sakura noticed and stared back. "Um... hi." Sakura greeted. Alice didn't respond as she stared at her. She got off her chair and approached the pink hair girl, her face inches away from hers. Sakura blinked, getting uncomfortable with Alice's stare.

"Uh, do I have something on my face?" Sakura asked. Alice continued to stare. "Kakashi-sensei, she's starting to freak me ou- Mmh!" Sakura's sentence was cut off when Alice's pressed her lips against hers. Kakashi, Naruto, and Sasuke's eyes widened in shock at Alice's action.

Alice pulled away and rolled her eyes up with a finger on her chin, thinking. She then turned to Kakashi and said to him in sign language, "Strawberry."

"Strawberry?" Kakashi repeated, confused by her statement. "No, more like cherry." She responded, using her sign language. Alice went back to her seat and began to eat her meat again. "Just what the hell was that for!" Sakura yelled at Alice, her face red. Alice didn't answer as she continued to eat her meat.

"Hey, I'm talking to you! Why the hell did you kiss me!" Sakura screamed. "Uh, Sakura. Alice doesn't talk." Kakashi said. When Alice finished her meat, she jumped off her seat and ran off. "Alice!" Kakashi called after her.

"I got her." Sasuke said as he ran after her. Alice ran until she bumped into Ino Yamanaka. "Oh, hey there, Alice." Ino greeted with a smile. When Sasuke caught up to her, he hid behind a wall, wanting see what she would do. He was concerned why Alice kissed Sakura like that.

"Are you heading to the Flower House?" Ino asked Alice. She stared at the blonde then tilted her head to the side, her face emotionless. "Hmm? Are you okay? What's the matter?" Ino asked. Alice grabbed Ino's shoulders and pushed her against the wall.

"Alice, what's gotten into you? Why are you-!" Ino was cut when Alice kissed her. Sasuke's eyes widened in shock. Alice pinned Ino's hands by her head as she kissed her. Ino soon gave up on fighting and melted into the kiss as she kissed back, her eyes closed.

Alice's eyes stayed open as she watched the blonde melt into the kiss, relaxing against her hold. She took the advantage of Ino's mouth being open and slid her tongue inside. Small moans escaped Ino's mouth while her face blushed.

Alice pulled away, letting Ino lean against her for support as she panted softly. Alice smirked before softly licking the young girl's cheek. "Ino!" Alice lifted her head up when she heard someone call out Ino's name. She rested the semi-conscious girl's body against the wall then jumped off to Kakashi's house.

Sasuke, on the other hand, was blushing madly, almost turned on from Alice and Ino's kiss. He looked back at Ino, still catching her breath as her team caught up to her. "There you are, Ino." Choji said. "What's up with you? Your face is all red." Shikamaru noticed.

Ino opened her eyes then looked at her team. "Where did Alice go?" She asked. "Alice? That quiet girl in the academy?" Choji asked. "Yeah. She was here a second ago." Ino said. "You must be imagining things. Come on. Asuma-sensei wants us for a team meeting." Shikamaru said as she pulled her forward while Choji followed.

Sasuke watched them leave, but his face was still red. He frowned slightly before heading back to his house.

Kakashi's POV

"Alice, I know you're in there," I said as I knocked on her door. As I was walking home, I saw her going through her bedroom window, so I know she's home. "Alice, open up. Why did you kiss Sakura this afternoon?" I said as I continued to knock on her door.

Alice opened the door and looked up at me. "Why did you kiss Sakura today?" I repeated. Alice responded with sign language: "I wanted to know what she taste like, and I did. She taste like strawberries."

"Taste?" I said. Alice nodded her head then said in sign language: "I also tasted Ino today. She taste like grapes. Those girls are very sweet."

"Alice, you don't kiss... girls. It's just, well... You just shouldn't kiss girls." I said. Alice frowned slightly as she tilted her head to the side before responding, using her sign language again: "Why not? Is it bad?"

"No, it's not bad. It's just... different," I explained. Alice raised a brow at me. "Anyway, let's go over your techniques. Tomorrow, we have to find a lost cat named Tora." I explained. She nodded her head then followed me outside.

Sakura's POV

"Damn that Alice!" I said as threw my stuffed bear at the wall. (Note: I don't know if Sakura really does have a teddy bear in her house. I'm just gonna say she does have a bear). Why did she kiss me like that? What was that about?

Although... I didn't really hate it. She's a good kisser. I shook my head hard. What am I thinking?! I can't be thinking that! I'm a girl! My heart belongs to Sasuke! Tomorrow, I'll talk to Alice. Hopefully she'll have  an explanation for it.
