If I were to tell you about the
Moments that were impactful or epiphanic,
Poetry will act as my most beloved medium.
Escaping rues had never been easier. I
Rejuvenate the mind and jot down feelings,
Soulfully introspect and converse through verses.
Oration sometimes doesn't work for complex thoughts
Nor do people, no matter how eager listeners they are.
At times you need some individual space
To pour out the essence of your experiences.
Insecurities must be dealt with, as
Navigating life gets easier when you
Get to your spirit and stay in touch.
Tomorrow holds riches, still we carry on
Hoarding obsolete fragments of our pasts,
Obeying rules forced upon us, to fit in this
Unjust and cruel world. We should just
Gather our conscience, expel all prejudice and
Hatred from our systems, for we are all born equals.
Together we may tread towards harmony through
Severe contemplation of our purpose on earth.
