'Undependable' is a catalyst.
Tells me I know better.
Makes me get that I am
more than I take me for.
Helps me realize that
I have more than I think I own.
Lets me believe that
there is more to me
than I ever let on.
Helps me comprehend
that the unrealised
Is waiting for me.
I don't grip its double edged knife
of greed and insecurities.
Instead I smile,
look to the front
at the things I achieved
without needing the nonexistent
encouragement.
Thank you for being yourself,
undependable.
You remind me
of my purpose
and abilities buried
under the hill of dependency.
I depend on undependable
to remind myself
that we all need a push,
a life altering help.
To feel vehement
and open mind's doors,
I do depend on support.
how ironic, but it surely is yours.
