She asks rather skeptically :
'Do I look pretty today?' with her long, dark lashes,
tinted lips, perfect twin brows,
flawless skin , blushed cheeks,
dressed up from her head to her toes.
I just smile, and say 'Yes, you do!'
The next day, she asks again,
'Do I look pretty today?'
with her fluttering lashes, shining eyes,
Smiling lips, sibling brows,
high cheekbones and freckle dots.
She's not made up, but is smiling lots.
I say 'I may call you bear face, as I like your bare face.
Of the looks you wore yesterday and today,
both, I adore,
but I simply like the latter more.'
