Connors POV
"Hi Troye" I nervously said as he was studying me while sitting across a little table from me. He half smiled again and we just kind of stared at each other. Neither of us were talking but it wasn't awkward. It was more comfortable than I think is talking would of been.
I hadn't really thought about it but my hand was sitting on the table palm down and Troye reached across and put his hand on mine. I looked up and opened my mouth to talk but Troye slightly shook his head as if telling me not to talk. I obeyed his nonverbal request and didn't talk. He was staring at me and I at him and then, I swear, he smiled a real smile just for a slit second. And I immediately started blushing. I didn't really want to sit much longer because I was getting really excited over Troye so I gestured to the door asking if he wanted to walk and he nodded his head yes. I stood up and grabbed my leather jacket and picked up Troye's backpack to carry it for him.
We were walking down the street and Troye was shuffling his feet like he was tired of walking so I suggested we sit on a bench. We sat down and I opened Troye's bag and got his notebook and pen and handed it to him. He opened it up and looked up at me waiting for me to talk "what's your favorite color?" he looked confused then wrote 'blue, you?' "
"I'm very fond of the color red, favorite food?"
'Mac & Cheese with ketchup'
"Ketchup on Mac & cheese????"
Troye smiled a little and it went on like that for a while, me asking and Troye answering and right before I was going to ask him his favorite book he stopped me and started writing. He handed me the notebook when he was done 'Why do you show like for going to be there for me, I know you'll leave like everyone else'
I looked Troye square in the eye, "I'm not leaving you. I'm staying with you. I am not leaving." Troye took his notebook back and wrote 'Why?' I didn't know. "I'm not sure at all but I'm not going anywhere Troye. I can't explain what you're doing to me, I really can't but I'm never leaving you." It's true. I'm never leaving him,
