"Trinity! No! Stop this!"
Trinity looked up to see you ripping the gun out from her hands. "G-give it back!" She tried to grab it from you, but you were too fast.
"Listen to what I have to say!"
She stopped.
"I care about you, Trinity! I promise I won't leave you!"
She simply stared blankly at you.
Then she bursted into tears.
"I've never had anyone s-say the about m-me before!" She sobbed out and fell on to the floor. You sat next to her and rubbed her back, an awkward look on your face.
"Sorry for causing all this trouble...here you can go..." The lights flipped back on and the door opened. Both Allen and Oliver were starting to leave.
"(Your name)? You're not coming with us...?" Oliver stopped in his tracks and looked at both you and Trinity.
"I'm going to stay here for a while..." You turned to look at Trinity and gave her your best smile.
"Thank you, (Your name). You have no idea how much this means to me..." She started to tear up again.
Both of you sat in the fluorescent light, thinking about what your future would be like with your new bestfriend.
