It’s been hours since I woke up from my slumber. I’m still tied to the bed, and I’m friggin’ hungry. Darn Greyson for tightening these friggin’ restraints. I keep fidgeting with it but man; they are unbreakable, needless to say.

“I’m totally going to strangle him when he gets back.” I mumbled still trying to get out.

*****

“FINALLY!” I cried as I removed the restraints off my right wrist. I quickly untied the ones of my left wrist and my ankles – giving them a soothing rub to relieve the pain and itchiness. I jumped off the bed and dashed downstairs to the kitchen. Like I said, I’m d*mn hungry.

*ding* *dong*

I stopped my hand even before the bread made its way inside my mouth. Funny, who could that be. I ran upstairs towards the balcony, bread still in hand. I peeked below to see a guy in a red hoodie with a box of pizza. Huh? Then suddenly, I heard my phone ringing from the bedroom. I rushed to it.

“Hello?” I said, still dumbfounded by the pizza guy downstairs.

“Hey [YN],” Greyson’s raspy voice rang through my ears. Instantly, I felt my legs weaken. But wait – why does he sound tired? “You see a guy holding a box of pizza downstairs?”

I nodded, but then I remembered he can’t see me. “Ugh… Yeah?”

“Well, I ordered some pizza for you since you’re hungry.” He chuckled. “Also it’s an apology gift for tying you down again.” He added. I could tell he was smirking the whole time.

“Hmm…”  I placed my index finger on my chin, tapping it. “I don’t know if a box of pizza can make up for what you’ve put me through for the past year plus the year before that.” I said as firmly as possible, but inside I’m completely laughing my head off. Suffer Mr. Chance!

“Aww… C’mon [YN]! Please forgive me! You know the reason why I did that right?” He pleaded. He must be using his puppy eyes right now. Too bad for him, I can’t see it. Haha!

“Ugh… No-o-pe.” I said with a pop sound at the end.

“Didn’t you get my phone?” He asked confused.

“I did, but I haven’t finished listening to it. Actually it’s in my--”

“Don’t!” Greyson cuts me off. “I don’t know if this line is safe. You have to listen to it [YN]. I can’t tell you the rest if you don’t know what happened back then.”

“Greyson,” I sighed. “you can just tell me when you get back.”

It was his turn to sigh. “I don’t know if I can’t. I’m kinda in a tight situation right now. Really tight.”

The gap between my eyebrows creased. I gasped afterwards. “Don’t tell me Steven’s kidnapped you or something?!”

“What?! No! Why would he--” consequently he burst into a frenzy of avid laughter. Of course, I didn’t know why he was laughing.

“Uhm… Did I say something funny?” I gritted my teeth in nervousness.

“Ironic.” Greyson replied then continued laughing. A few moments later, his laughter slowly died down. “Sweetie, don’t you worry about me. I can perfectly handle an old man like Steven.”

I smiled at Greyson’s statement. “Go and eat your pizza now. The pizza man’s getting impatient.” He made some kissing noises before he hung up. I smirked – I wonder what Greyson must have looked like when he made the kissing noises.
