As soon as school was over I ran to my locker and to my car. I didn't see Caleb's car so he must've went home this morning. I looked at the clock and sighed. I'll be at home by myself for the rest of the day and tomorrow. My mom went out of town this morning and took Debby with her. So I was left so I could still go to school. I looked out the window and saw the cheerleaders laughing. I started my car and drive myself home. Once I was home I got comfortable cause I had no homework and turned on the tv. After a few hours I heard a knock on the door. It was 7:36 and no one comes over after 7 cause the know my mom is getting Debby ready for bed and stuff. Maybe someone got lost. I went to open it and saw Caleb covered in bruises, cuts and blood. On top of that he had a bottle in his hand. He's been drinking.

"What happened?", I asked panicking.

"I was driving and crashed my car. I can't go home or else my mom will kill me once she noticed I've been drinking", he replied.

"Sit down on the couch don't move. I'm taking you to a hospital", I commanded.

"No I'm staying here", he said.

"I'm going upstairs and as soon as I come back we're leaving", I said running upstairs.

I threw on some sweats and a hoodie and my uggs. Then grabbed my phone, purse and keys and ran downstairs as fast as I could.

"Lets go", I said.

I saw him on the couch and he stood up. The bottle was gone which means he threw it out. Hopefully. He followed me to the car and got in. I rolled down the windows incase he needed to puke. I drove 80 mph and we arrived at the hospital in ten minutes. I took him in through the emergency way. The nurses asked me what happened and I explained everything. One of them took me to the waiting area and took Caleb into surgery. His left leg was broken and was cut up badly. On top of that there was glass in his leg. I hope he's okay. I just wanna know why he went out and crashed his car and drank. What made him do this? I hope it had nothing to do with me. If it was me, I'd never be able to forgive myself for the pain and damage I have caused him.
