Chapter Ten

Once you got back and walked out everyone was happy. As if people had been waiting for you to come. You didn't really understand and looked a bit scared. Fin laughed a bit and patted your back. " Don't be scared! " He told you.

You nodded a bit and walked slowly. You felt like you didn't fit in because you were wearing all black.

You heard Rey talking about some things but you were going into one of your states where you stare at your feet and slowly drowned into your thoughts. You were then snapped awake when you heard clapping. You couldn't help but jump a little again. You weren't used to this since the last month or even two everything was quiet. All you could hear was either Ren or the whispers in your head. You never heard cheers and claps around your ears.

You just sighed and smiled at everyone. You had caught yourself acting sad but you wiped it all away.

Rey took you back to your room and you sat down on the bed. You weren't expecting a conversation but she asked something.

" Did you love him? " Rey asked you and you stared over at her.

You couldn't help but nod slightly. " Yeah... I did. " You said sounded like it was wrong of you.

" He might have been lying you know... If he said he loved you back. " Rey told you. That made you feel angry.

" Rey... Whenever he would look at me you could tell he was being pulled towards the light. He wanted me to stay not because he loved me but because he wants to escape to the light side. He doesn't know it yet. " You told her and watched her take in the information.

She stopped and looked at you. " Then why did you leave? " she asked.

" I can't go back... He'd be too angry at me. " You told her and she looked down. Then someone called for her so she ran off and left you in your room.

[ time skip ]

A few weeks later, you got to talk to your mother again. She told you that your brother had been buried and that everything was fine. She was just glad you were okay.

You got comfortable. Happy. With everything around you. You started to be your old self.

One morning you woke up hearing Poe urgently get you up. " Come on! " He yelled at you and made you angrily sit up.

" What?! " You asked. The both of you had become great friends.

" The first order... They're planning an attack. Here. " He told you, that's when your eyes widened and you immediately ran out of the room.

You could hear him follow you. " What are we going to do? " You asked and ran off to where Leia and the others were.

It seemed they were all waiting for you.

" Did you know anything about this? " Leia asked.

" No. " You instantly replied and looked at everyone. " They had no plans of this while I was there. It must have been recent. " You told them then heard some screaming and yelling outside.

" They're here! " Fin said and walked out quickly.

Leia looked at you. " Y/N. We need to keep you safe. Go hide. " She told you. Nervously you ran off and grabbed your light saber from your room before you ran off. They had a space for you that was for hiding. Just incase they would ever come back for you again.

You got inside the small room underground. You ran in and locked the door quickly before backing up. The place had no power and was practically a bunker but smaller. You lit a small lamp so you could see around the room. You breathed out in relief that it was empty.

Now, you just had to wait.
