I can't believe it. What's Hayes gonna say. He's my husband but we haven't been married for that long he could leave me. These went through my head as I stared and the positive pregnancy test in front of me. We told each other we weren't gonna have kids till we were a little farther into our marriage. We had only been married for two months. I heard the front door open then shut. "Babe where are you. I have some really good news!" Hayes said. I hid the test under the sink and walked down stairs. "What is it babe" I said. I walked over and hugged him. "Salome it's great. We are going on tour again!" He said. "Nash and his wife and Cameron and his wife and Matt and his wife and everyone! Babe isn't this great!" He said and picked me up. I giggled. "That's great Hayes this will be so much fun." I said. "Yeah I know I'm glad your happy about it." He said and put me down. "I'm gonna go take a shower." And with that he ran upstairs. I started to make dinner for the both of us while trying to decide how to tell him.
"Babe come here!" Hayes yelled from the bathroom. He probably forgot a towel again. "Yeah" I said and entered the bathroom. In his hands was the test I hid under the sink. My eyes went wide. "Salome is their something you should tell me." He said. I immediately started crying. "I'm sorry I just didn't know what u would say or do" I said. He pulled me into a hug. "Babe what do u mean what I would say I love u so much I'm happy." He said. "But I thought we weren't gonna have kids yet" I said. "Well I said we weren't gonna try and have kids yet" he said. "I love you baby girl" he said. "I love you too" I said.
Seven months later Daniel Brayden Grier was born and Hayes and I have never been happier.
