Sapphira's POV

We were sitting in the car, driving to McDonald's. We'd decided we'd get takeaway and eat at Harry's place. It was hard for Harry not to attract fans and paparazzi. I was actually the one who asked him if we could just get takeaway and eat in the car since I didn't want media to create all sorts of rumours about him. I didn't want to catch attention, either. I didn't want Harry to feel like I was a fame whöre.

Besides, I like peace. Harry decided that we'd still catch attention if we ate in the car and that it wasn't such a good idea to eat in the car anyway. So, it was better to eat at his house or anywhere else I wanted.

On the way, my thoughts kept wandering to Cassandra, her murderers and the nagging questions in my head.

I'd already told Harry what I wanted, so he just ordered it and we waited.

While we were waiting for our food, I couldn't help but notice his little actions. How he was tapping his fingers on the steering wheel and how he occasionally glanced at me when he thought I wasn't looking, how he played with the rings on his fingers.

God. What is this man doing?

"Harry, what do you wanna say?", I asked him when I couldn't take it anymore. I was sure he wanted to say something but he was keeping it inside.

"Uhm....uh....nothing!" He said.

"Harry." I pressed.

"Nothing, Sapphie. I just....never mind." He said.

I sighed.

"Harry, please." I looked at him pleadingly. I hated when someone started a sentence and didn't complete it.

I was getting annoyed and I guess he got the hint because he went on.

"Sapphie, I know you're going through a lot. And you don't necessarily have to tell me everything. It's okay if you don't want to. But, please don't let it get to you. You have to move on."

My mouth was ajar. I did not see that coming. I didn't think he'd notice. I was slightly shocked but my expressions softened gradually.

I stared at my lap.

"I've noticed, Sapphira. You were awfully quite at the studio and even in the car. You don't have to fake your smiles. At least, not in front of me. They don't work, anyway." He continued with a concerned look.

I remained quiet for a few seconds and then said,
"Harry, I know you're trying so hard to make things better for me and I really appreciate it. I didn't want you to get upset. It's not that I don't want to tell you. Please don't ever think there's something like that. You're the only friend I have. Who else would I talk to?"

Before any more words were exchanged, the guy at the window called Harry to collect the order.
Harry grabbed it from the guy and handed it to me, our fingers and eyes met for a few seconds. Somehow, they felt warmer than the hot food for they sent an unusual warmth not just to my skin but my entire body.

It was the feeling of trust, the trust I had developed in him through all these months. I knew he wouldn't hurt me like Cass and Zara. I knew he wouldn't blame me for a crime I didn't commit. I knew he wouldn't leave me alone. I knew.

I put the food in the back seat and we drove to his house. It didn't take very long and the drive was quiet. Neither of us said anything. This time, things weren't uncomfortable.

I was ready, now. I was ready to tell him what was going through my mind and how I planned to find out the answers. I was ready to tell him how I felt eventhough I didn't understand it myself. I just assumed, his presence would help me understand things more clearly. I needed his help and I knew he was more than happy to help me . I'll try to make sense of everything I didn't understand, for him. Because he wanted to know, and Harry Edward Styles deserves the world and more.

We got out of the car and Harry took out the food. We walked through the driveway, to the front door.  He unlocked the door and let me in.

He placed the food on the small dining table in his kitchen and gestured for me to take a seat.

I took a seat and waited for him to do the same.

"Would you like some lemonade?" He asked me.

"Yeah, thanks." I replied.

He filled two glasses with lemonade and walked to the table. He placed one in front of me and took a sip from the one in his hand. We set out the food on the the table and started to eat. No formalities. Just how I like it.

I saw Harry bite into his burger with his mouth fully open. Like a dinosaur. I couldn't help but chuckle.

"What?" He asked.

"Nothing, eat your food!" I said.

"Yes, mother." He replied with an eye roll and I giggled.

"What about your healthy eating?" I asked him.

"Healthy eating? Well, I'm still eating healthy except sometimes. But, who wouldn't sacrifice their healthy eating for a beautiful lady." He winked.

I widened my eyes and gasped,  playfully.

"Harry Styles! Are you flirting with me?"

He smirked and said, "Am I?"

A blush crept up my cheeks and decided to stuff my mouth with food, so I wouldn't have to say anything.

After a while when it felt safe to speak, I said,
" Looks like I'm a bad influence."

He started laughing and paid absolutely no attention to my "Stop laughing. You'll choke!" Warnings.

*~*~*~*~*~*
After we were done eating and cleared up the table. I decided to talk to him about the whole Cassandra situation like I had initially planned to.

We were now seated on the couch in the living room. I made myself at home. He turned on the television and kept flipping through the channels.

My feet felt really cold so I stuffed them into the tiny space between the couch and his bum. He gave me a look and I just gave him an innocent look and shrugged, looking at the television screen although I wasn't paying attention to it.

I decided I shouldn't take any longer to have the serious talk with Harry so I began.

"Harry"
