Alfred's POV -
The awkward silence was deafening as Alfred stared into Arthur's emerald eyes. His heart started to soar when he threw his arms around the frail Brit. " Don't you ever do that again Artie! You terrified me! " Al yelled whilst squeezing Arthur in an iron-tight hug. " I-I missed you, ok... " His voice suddenly soft. A small quiet sob came from Arthur as he pushed Al away. " S-Stop it, you idiot... "
Arthur's POV -
His heart continued to wrench painfully. He loves Kiku, not you Arthur. Arthur shut his eyes and turned away from Alfred. " Go and see your boyfriend, not me. " Arthur muttered quietly, his voice cracking as his eyes started to sting.
Alfred's POV -
Did he just... Alfred stared at Arthur, instead of his heart fluttering at the name of his boyfriend, he felt his heart ache for someone else. Al paced towards him and sat beside him as brought a hand up to his cheek and cupped it. Alfred chuckled at the Brit's red face and leaned forward.
" I don't love him as much as I love you, Arthur. "
