You are low on health, and you currently have three enemies attacking you. You check your menu to see if you have any health potions only to find out that you don't. But you do have food. So, you begin to click on the food, consuming it.
The illogical part about this is that the enemy is literally sitting there waiting for you to finish your lunch.
