Girlfriend? (Liam Imagine)

The boys are at an interview and you decided to tag along. You had been friends with the boys for about a year now, and you were secretly dating Liam. You and Liam had been seeing each other for a couple months, but your relationship was a secret. Not even the boys know that the two of you were dating.

You are sitting in the audience watching the interview when you notice that Liam is starting to get bored. Your lips curve into a smile as you shift slightly in your seat to catch his attention. You smile wider when you see him looking at you.

You stick your tongue out and make a silly face, which causes him to suppress a smile and shake his head a little. Paul sees this and follows Liam's gaze and sees you making silly faces.

Liam looks at Paul as if asking him to tell you to stop, however, Paul just chuckles and lets you continue you to do it.

For the next five minutes of the interview, you goof off and make silly faces at him until he finally cracks and his lips curve into a smile.

You hear the interview ask Liam a question and giggle when Liam doesn't answer. You know that his attention is on you and he didn't even hear the question.

Niall nudges him in the side lightly and Liam snaps out of his trance and turns to the interview.

"Sorry! What was the question? My girlfriend was being a goof." He says nonchalantly. Then he stops and his eyes widen as he realizes what he just said. It was the first time he had called you his girlfriend around anyone.

"Girlfriend?" Niall asked as he looked between you and Liam.

Liam looks at you as if asking what he should do. You nod, letting him know it's okay.

"Yes, girlfriend." Liam said with a smile.

"Well can we meet her bud?" The interviewer asked.

Liam tensed a little before he looked at you. Your heart was racing. You knew this interview was being televised and that if you went out there, the entire country would be seeing your face and talking about your relationship tomorrow.

You smile and nod to let Liam know that you are okay doing it.

Liam stands up and walks over to where you are. You take his hand and intertwine your fingers with his.

Because all of the boys were on the couch there wasn't any room for you to sit, so Liam took a seat and then pulled you onto his lap. He wrapped his arms around your waist and smiled.

"Hello love, what's your name?" The interviewer asked.

"Y/N," you say shyly.

"And how long have you and Liam been together?" He asked.

"A couple months," you said shyly.

"Liam, she's beautiful," the interviewer said.

You blushed and Liam just smiled.

"Thank you, she's amazing." He said happily.

The interviewer then turned to Harry and started talking about tattoos. You went to get up and go back to the audience but Liam tightened his grip around your waist so you couldn't get up. You spent the rest of the interview on Liam's lap with his arms wrapped tightly around your waist.
