First Date (Liam Imagine)

You and Liam had met a few month ago and the other night he asked you if he could take you on a date. You of course said yes.

Tonight was the big night. Liam was taking you to the movies, cheesy, but you didn't mind. You pull on a pair of skinny jeans, a white ruffle tank, and a gray cardigan with white lace Toms.

At 6:30 there was a knock on the door. You opened it to see Liam smiling at you. He looked hot, like always. He had on dark jeans and a casual white v-neck that hugged his body perfectly.

"You look beautiful," Liam says with a big smile.

"Thank you," you say smiling at him.

You grab your purse and lock your house. Liam opens the car door for you. He walks around the front of the car and drives to the theater. You sing along with the radio, him sounding like an angel, and you sounding like a cat getting run over. There really was no comparison.

You pull up to the theater and Liam takes your hand as you head into the theater. He buys the two tickets and you head to the concessions.

"Can we get Sour Patch Kids?" You ask him.

"Anything you want love," Liam says smiling at you.

"We'll have two cokes, a medium popcorn, a thing of Sour Patch Kids and a bag of M&Ms please," Liam says.

You offer to pay but Liam doesn't let you.

"It's the first date and I'm the guy, I'll pay." Liam says.

You gather your goodies and head to Theater 4 where the movie you guys are seeing is playing.

You are surprised to see the theater empty especially because the movie just came out.

"Hmm, wonder why we are the only ones here? This is supposed to be a really big movie." You say.

"Well I didn't want us to be bothered by fans or anything so I bought the theater out." He said.

You turned to him in shock.

"You paid for us to have the theater to ourselves?" You asked.

"Yeah," he says.

"Liam, that's the sweetest thing anything has ever done for me!" You say.

He gives you a shy smile. You head to the middle of the theater and take a seat. He takes the seat next to you.

The movie began and you tried to focus on it as much as you could but with Liam Payne sitting next to you it was difficult. Every time you glanced over at him you noticed he was looking at you too.

It was about twenty minutes into the movie when Liam yawned and put him arm around you. You giggle at the classic move.

"That's the oldest trick in the book, Li." You say.

"You know you like it," he says grinning.

"I can't argue with that." You say as you snuggle into him and rest your head on his chest.

The theater you were in had removable armrests, which was perfect for cuddling. You enjoyed the rest of the movie.

You exited the theater and headed out to the car.

"I had fun tonight Liam." You say as you stand outside your house.

"Me too, thank you for letting me take you." He said smiling shyly.

"We'll have to do it again sometime," you say.

"Really?" He asked.

"Yeah, if you want to." You say.

"Yeah, I'd like that? How does Friday sound?" He asked.

"Friday's perfect," you say smiling at him.

"So I better get going, I'll text you when I get home." He says.

"Okay, drive safe." You say.

Just as he is about to turn he put his hand under your chin and leans in. He gives you a soft, gentle kiss. It was the perfect way to end the date.

You stood outside your door as you watched Liam drive away. You went inside and changed into your pajamas before grabbing your phone to text your friend Liz.

You: Hey! :) Oh my god Liz that was the best first date ever!!

Liz: Oh yeah??

You: Yes! He was so sweet and a perfect gentleman all night. And he rented out the ENTIRE theater so we wouldn't be bothered by fans! It's the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me!

Liz: So you think it went well?

You: Yeah, I really like him. I just hope he feels the same way.

Liz: I think he does :)

You: How do you know??

Liz: Look who you're texting.

You were confused but looked and realized that you hadn't been texting Liz, you had clicked Liam's name by accident. You were so embarrassed.

Liam: Don't be embarrassed love. I thought it was perfect and I can't wait for our second date ;)

You smiled realizing that he felt the same way.
