Chapter 24: The Reason Wednesday, December 18 2013
Jimin's POV
I stand close at the edge of the rooftop looking over the great view that is in front of me. Snow drifting softly through the abyss. There's only a concrete wall which is just a quarter of my height that separates me from falling.
The only thing that isn't making me scared besides the view of the city is that I can clearly see the beautiful blue sky above me. It feels like I can instantly reach it if I raise my heels.
A mist of air escapes my mouth as I breathe in and exhaled slowly. I slid my hands inside the pockets of my jacket to comfort it from the cold. What a great weather we have today, I thought.
The reason why I am up here is because I was told by Namjoon hyung earlier that I should try to talk to Hee Yeon and convince her to forgive Jin hyung.
So, I wait patiently for Hee Yeon to arrive since I sent her a message telling her to. I still can't believe I am caught in the middle of this messy situation but there's no turning back now, I guess.
After a few minutes I heard the door of the rooftop open. I turned slowly and saw Hee Yeon approaching. She has her hair down still wearing a semi-formal attire.
I smile as she walks closer to me. Just seeing her makes the whole day perfect, I thought.
"I can't believe you just made me climb the whole five floors," she utters pantingly as she stops beside me making an annoyed expression.
"You climbed the stairs? Why didn't you use the elevator?" I asked astonished.
I look at her from head to toe and wondered how did she climb the whole five floors with that attire. "Oh.. uhm.. Are you still mad at me?" I add as I remember that she was yesterday.
