Chapter 6 – Mikha’s POV
Chasing the Truth
The door clicked shut behind her.
I waited.
Then I heard it—her footsteps.
The Second Kiss
And then the door opened.
Aiah.
“Huwag mo na akong gawing tanga, Mikha,” she said softly, her voice shaking. “I can’t be this person.”
I stepped forward slowly, my heart beating fast. “Then stop pretending you don’t want this.”
Her lips parted, ready to say something, but I didn’t wait. I didn’t need her words. Hindi ko na kailangan ng permiso.
I closed the space between us.
And for the second time, I kissed her.
This time, there was no hesitation.
It was urgent, desperate, as if we both knew we were running out of time. She kissed me back fiercely, her hands reaching up to pull me closer, as if she wanted to erase every doubt, every fear, every reason to stop.
Her lips were softer than I remembered, warmer—more real. I could taste the regret on her tongue, but I could also taste the desire, the hunger for something we both knew we couldn’t keep.
And I didn’t want to keep it.
I just wanted to feel it, even if it was just for this moment.
I slowly put my hand to her center.
"Mikha no-"
"Hmmp, mikha no please, stop this"
"Just now please let me do this."
The Moment of No Return
She pulled away, her chest rising and falling rapidly. Her eyes were searching mine, but this time, I didn’t see the same fear. This time, I saw something else—acceptance.
Aiah closed her eyes and took a deep breath. “This is wrong.”
I cupped her face, gently brushing my thumb against her cheek. “Maybe. But we’re already here.”
Her lips trembled, but she didn’t pull away. She let me hold her, let me kiss her once more, deeper this time. It wasn’t about control anymore. It wasn’t about wanting something we shouldn’t have. It was just about feeling alive in the mess we created.
"You cant get out of this, i know na ayaw mo naman makipags*x kay kuya miguel, alam ko naman na mas masasarapan ka kapag sakin mo to ginawa"
And neither of us seemed willing to walk away just yet.
