"I don't talk about it because it was a shit time in my life and I really haven't had the time to process and recover. But once this is over I'll tell you everything." She gave him a quick smile. "Especially over that dinner." They got up, looking around at every part of the room with their guns loaded and shooting at every given opportunity, hoping it would take out the last few guards remaining.

But then the tannoy sounded, the word "retreat " echoing around them. Suki watched as several guards made their way across to the door but it was too late for one as the door shut on him, leaving him stood as they closed in on him. They would need him, he couldn't die. They stopped shooting, everyone too out of breath to continue.

"Stop! Hold fire!" Gi-hun's voice sounded around them as they all left their hiding spots.

"Finally." Young-il breathed as he grabbed hold of Suki, pulling her closer to him. "How are you holding up?" His voice was low as he checked her for any signs of wounds. But she was fine. He could relax.

"I'm okay, honestly." She smiled. They both stood there, processing the events around them as they could hear arguing over the other side of the room. "Once this is all over and we find that masked man Gi-hun so desperately wants to capture, I'll explain everything to you. I don't like lying about who I am. I know I certainly don't like it when people lie to me so it's the least I can do." His face twisted for a second, but he nodded.

"First things first, come here." He held out his hand as she took it, pulling her in closer. She studied his face. How calm and collected he was. "You did wonderful." He placed a kiss on her forehead.

"You're seriously flirting with me after we just killed about 6 people between us." She chuckled, his hand running down her back as he took his thumb, wiping a speckle of blood from her face.

"Why not? This could be our last day on earth, the least I can do is admire a beautiful woman." She shook her head, heat rising to her cheeks. She didn't want to think about dying. They were going to live, they were going to be happy.

"Suki? Young-il?" Jung-bae called as they heard him approaching where they were.

"They're probably flirting." Hyun-ju followed behind. They laughed loudly, enough for their friends to look suspicious as they gave a sigh of relief that they were okay.

"Hey, we were not flirting." The pair moved from behind the mattress, hand in hand as they watched what the group was doing.

"Everyone, gather around please! Don't be scared." Gi-hun's voice sounded as the pair walked over towards him. Other players too fearful to come out. "We're not trying to hurt you." Suki and Young-il stood next to Hyun-ju and player 246 as Gi-hun continued to convince players to come out of hiding.

"Let's gather all supplies we can from the guards. Ammunition, radios, any guns that haven't been claimed." Hyun-ju pointed to the guards on the floor. Suki nodded. Player 246 went off straight away as it was just her, Hyun-ju and Young-il.

"I'll go help Gi-hun. You help those two." Young-il pressed a kiss to the top of her head as she nodded, leaving Hyun-ju as she rushed around to the guards sprawled across the floor. She gathered what she could. Ammunition, several radios, more guns that hadn't yet been claimed. She placed this down on a mattress at the front of the room, before searching for more. All of them began to do this until they were sure there was nothing left.
