this is that one chapter I was talking about
ZOES POV
Me and my best friend Katie were running from a Manticore. I had gotten the address of a place called 'Camp Half Blood' from a letter. I thought it was a hogwarts letter so I freaked out. But I remembered. Wait. I'm 15. That's not possible. Then a rude manticore was chasing Katie and she came running out of the house.
"Wait Zoe I dropped my book!!" Katie started running towards the manticore, because the book was in between them. I yanked Katie back.
"Leave the City of Bones behind! I will buy you a new copy!" I had to drag, and I mean. DRAG Katie away from her now trampled book.
"That is EXACLY why you don't run with a book in hand." I said as we ran towards an arch. We both have dyslexia, but we could easily somehow decipher the words.
"Camp Half Blood. We're here Zoe" Katie looked up at the arch and I leaned against it.
"Well we probably should have dressed better to make an appearance" I chuckle. Currently we were in dirty ragged clothing. I wore knee-length shorts that were pretty ripped. Me and Katie both wore a Mortal Instruments shirt that was in rags. My shirt was black so that was a plus, hence my bra being black. My dirty blonde hair was in a ponytail. Katie just kept spinning in circles yelling
"WHY HERONDALE BOYS WHY!? MALEC FOREVER!!!!" I facepalmed. Four people came towards us.
"(Y/f/n)" she held put her hand and shook it.
"Zoe. I don't like to mention my last name. I think you'll hear it eventually."
Katie shook her hand next. I shook some guy named Percy Jackson's hand next, and then Leo Valdez, which I admit, I had a crush on. His nose caught on fire and that just made me laugh. He blushed and looked away. There was an oddly familiar boy hiding in the shadows. He looked really familiar. I shrugged and followed Leo around camp.
That was my POV guys XP. the extra chapter! Sorry I haven't been updating... And I've been playing with some friends. XP ask Leo will happen next chapter. I know, I know. But I've been reading NARNIA BOOKS!!! :D peace out
