Killer Robot

"He is not going to wake up for a bit."

"So you knew this whole time?! I can't believe he told you and not me."

"Well actually I figured it out myself due to the fact that I am able to pick up on that type of thing."

"How?"

"I am a mutant, it is rather easy to pick up on other people who have special abilities."

"I just don't understand why he didn't tell me."

"It can be very hard to reveal secrets like that even to people you deeply care about. Also generally people around you are safer if they do not know as long as your identity has not been revealed."

"Are you saying he lied to me to keep me safe?!"

"Perhaps that was his reasoning or perhaps he was just scared of what you would think of him."

"So did he really kill those cops and blow up those buildings?"

"No, he has never killed anyone. I can tell." Foggy simply nods.

"So, you have been helping him?"

"Just patching him up. I am not dealing in his vigilante business."

Foggy sighs, "I can't be that mad at him can I?"

"You can and it would be fair but make sure you do not do anything drastic."

"Okay, I think I can do that." He says and nods for a bit. We sit in silence for a bit until my phone rings. It is my phone for the hospital and it shows that Mark is calling.

"Hello?"

"Oh thank goodness. My phone couldn't get through to anyone so I was losing hope."

"What is wrong?"

"The plane we were on crashed and now we are all stuck in the woods somewhere and several people are badly injured."

"Alright, I will see if I can find you, stay on the line." I pull out my laptop and start tracking his phone. When I get the ping from his location I go back to the call. "I found you and I will be there soon."

"Hurry please." I hang up and as I already have all the things I need due to fixing up Matt I just pack it up and look to Foggy.

"You can leave I got it under control here. That sounded important."

"Thank you. I may miss a few days of work."

"It's fine, it's not like we really pay you anyway." I nod in his direction and take off. I message my dad and tell him that I will be gone for a bit and then head to the forest.

I smell blood, fire and bone. This is not going to be pretty. I make it to the sight of the crash and report the exact location. So rescue services can start heading here.

Neither of the people left at the first crash sight are actively dying so I leave them for the moment to find the others. I find Mark, Meredith and Cristina next to the other part of the crash. Meredith's sister is trapped under the wreckage and she certainly does not feel like she is going to stay alive for very long if we do nothing. I am not quite sure that she will make it even if we do something.

They insist on getting the plane off of her so I help and we succeed. The problem is she is in horrible shape and her mark of death is getting darker by the second. I can also see that her life force is slowly slipping away. There is nothing that can really be done for her. It is her time. "I am sorry." I say before getting up and leaving them as Meredith said that Derek is still missing.

Mark is losing it as my reaction means that she is not going to make it and I start trying to find Derek. I track his soul as the smells here are much too muddled. I find him against a tree with his hand pinned to a rock with a piece of metal.

I unpin his hand by removing the metal before wrapping it up. While I am wrapping his hand I feel Meredith's sister die. I sigh and wait for Derek to wake up.

Once he wakes up I help him up and we head back to the front of the plane. He sits down against it and I work on fixing up the leg of the pediatric surgeon. The other three come back to the front of the plane and sit down. Both Mark and Meredith are sobbing. Meredith falls into Derek's arms for comfort and Cristina just seems out of it.

I decide to wait with them until help arrives but the moment I hear them I say goodbye and leave. I made sure to tell them that no one is to know that I was here and they agreed to keep it a secret. But even if they do not I can just abandon this identity.

I am about to head home when I get another call. This time it is from my shield phone. Fury. "What do you need?"

"Stark made a robot that is planning to destroy humanity."

"Of course he did. Message me the meet up point and the details I will be there as soon as possible." He hangs up and I travel back to the house. My dad is also getting ready but Bucky agreed to stay home with Aelynn. I grab my shield stuff and make sure that I am in the proper appearance before grabbing my dad and traveling there.

My dad did not enjoy my way of travel but we got to the meet up point immediately so that is all that matters. We are at avengers tower and Tony is currently tracking his robot.

We track him to a group of cargo ships near the coast of Africa. We quickly travel there and arrive right as the robot is threatening a man for comparing him to Tony.

He has two mutants with him. I cannot tell what the power of one is but the other has some sort of magic. All three of them seem to have a problem with Tony and the robot seems unimpressed by everyone here other than me who he is confused by.

He insults each person one by one before getting to me. "Who are you? You are nowhere on the Internet."

"I keep to myself." I say simply, crossing my arms over my chest.

"It is like you don't exist."

"Hm, I wonder why?" I say with sarcasm. He turns away from me and back to the others before grabbing Tony and throwing him. The two of them start fighting after that and they seem to cover each other pretty well. The rest of us turn to the two mutants here.

The mercenaries on the ship take this as a sign to attack and start shooting at everyone in sight. The others in the group head to deal with them while I signal that I am going to deal with the mutants.

One of them tries to use magic on me but I simply put up a shield. She then tries to get into my mind and I block her. "You know it is rude to invade other people's thoughts." I say cocking my head to the side slightly. The brother clearly takes this as a threat because he starts to run towards me at a speed that is not normal for humans. I simply grab him and tie him up at a slightly faster speed before tying up his sister as well.

I get them to the plane and have Clint watch them after putting a barrier on his mind as he does not need that experience again. After they are safe I shoot an anti technology spell at the robot careful to not hit Tony. It deactivates the robot and the robot falls to the ground. Tony grabs it and takes it to the plane while everyone else finishes up here and makes their way onto the plane.
