The little girl giggled as she was being tickled by a young boy who laughed at her. He had fun as he tickled the girl's feet. She kicked and kicked and begged for him to stop as continuous laughs erupted from her. The poor girl wanted a break from all of it.

She watched as the boy came closer to her feet and kicked hard at his chest. He stopped tickling her and began coughing. The impact from the kick affected him as he held his chest, trying to control his coughs. The little girl's eyes widened. She began patting his back while apologizing.

"I'M SOWWY!!" she desperately shouted, trying not to cry.

The boy lightly smiled and grabbed the girl who was standing on the arm of the couch. She screamed in surprise. He playfully threw her on the couch and hovered over her.

"You naughty little girl~" he sang and tickled her all over her body, targeting her weak spots. She laughed and laughed.

He stopped as she breathed heavily. She grabbed his face and smiled at him. "I love you."

He chuckled. "I love you too, bub."

I sat in the cafeteria conversing with my best friends when he showed up and took a seat beside me. I turned to look at him as he flashed me a small and sad smile. Suddenly, I felt guilty for hurting him on Saturday. He only wanted to tell me about the competition and I blew it.

He tiredly poked at his food with his fork and let out a bored sigh. I tapped his shoulder to get his attention.

"Hey," I whispered. He nodded his head in response and turned back to his food. I tapped him again.

"I'm sorry about the other day. I was just kinda pissed that you showed up unexpectedly. Sorry," I pouted and his smile widened as he grabbed my cheeks.

"I wanted to stay mad at you the whole day but it's hard especially with that duck face of yours," he stated. I cocked an eyebrow.

"Duck face? I do not have a duck face!" I complained as he shrugged. "But do you forgive me?"

"Of course. I forgive you, Elle." I smiled.

"Thank you," I silently thanked him to which he heard.

I turned to my friends who had a playful glint in each one of their eyes. They winked at me and I almost gagged. Turns out that Lamar and I looked like we had been kissing with the angle and closeness we had. I facepalmed. Perverted creeps!

I shoved a spoon in my mouth and chewed aggressively, ignoring my surroundings. But deep inside, I was glad that I had my annoying desk mate back.

I walked home with Keisha by my side. The day was great, Lamar was back again, annoying though I didn't feel pissed at him. In fact, I was happy that he was disturbing me. Who knew I'd ever want him to piss me off?
