Unexpected Hero

Jason got to sleep in this time, he had finished his training so he got to have a morning of peace while Lion explained things to Ren and Yong.
"Spider is alive"
" Spider is dead, we both watched her died" Yong said
"You didn't know her main power, the webs she spun were illusions, lies to either hid the truth or hid who she was" Lion explained
"But she was with us when Shenny died, do you think?" Ren said putting the pieces together
"Yes, she might of made it look like you two killed her but Ka-oi did"Lion made Yong and Ren silent for centuries they had been blaming and arguing with each other over who killed who when Ka-oi was the real murder, maybe this was his plan to make sure they hated each other.
"I think it's time you two did something that has been waiting 1000 years for" Lion said as he left the room, Ren looked at the ground he didn't know where to start and so did Yong
"I'm sorry for calling you a dumb dog and other things"
"Scales, I'm sorry I blamed you for 1000 years of pain you and I both had, let's work together to kill Ka-oi" Ren was a little shock on how Yong chose his words but for the first time in forever they both hugged, it felt weird but they did it anyway

Delphia was still trying to process everything Jason told her last night, the little boy that wasn't going to survive in the hospital is saving the world. She loved Jason so much, the she wanted to trade places with him. What if he got hurt? Or he died saving people? All she could think about was him dying.
"Good morning mom" Jason said walking out his room
"Good morning sweetie" she answered
"Where's everyone else?"
"Went back to the Hotel, I wanted to talk to you before I go" Jason took a seat because Delphia sounded serious
"Jason, what you're doing I hope you know that sometimes the Hero doesn't live till the end sometimes sacrifices have to be made and sometimes you could lose either yourself or someone you love"
"Mom, I know all those things but I also have hope, I know who I'm going up against is 1000 years older and knows what he's doing but I have to protect not just the countries or the territories but the people and I know maybe I might die but for a good cause"
"I forget that your 19 years old, your not a little boy anymore, I'm proud of you so is your Dad, Naya and Kenji. We're all proud of you" Delphia hugged Jason tight hoping he would live through this and knowing he might
"Well we're going back to the states today, go and be a great Protector"
"I will Mom" Delphia left, Jason was happy for what she said, that was their first Mom and Son moment they had. Ken came out of his room he also slept in as well
"Good morning Jason" Ken said
"Good morning Master Ken"
"Did Delphia leave food there?"
"Yeah" Jason said taking a bowl, Ken sat down on a log and also took a bowl
"Hey little Protector" Yong said as him and Ren appeared
"Hey you two, do we have any training today"
"No, today we rest" Ren said
"Yes finally a word I love the most"
"Your family left?" Yong asked
"Yeah they understand what I have to do"
"That's good I'm glad they're rooting for you" Ren said
"Oh I did forget that Lion said you'll meet other Protectors today"Yong said
"Really?!!"
"Yes, they're all coming to help you defeat Ka-oi" Ren added
"I thought I was going to battle him alone, thank goodness they're coming"
"Ka-oi is very strong right now and he'll choose any moment to start the battle so that's why they're coming" Ken said
"I'm kind of nervous now"
"Don't be" Yong said patting Jason on the back

Again Ka-oi was feeding on souls to empower him, he was getting ready for the final Battle he was going to have. He called it the finale because either he was going to win or the Protectors but he was making sure it be him.
"Ssssir" Snake said
"What do want Snake?" He said
"The othersss Protectors are coming together to fight you"
"Good, they'll need a lot of help"
"I wish I could join" Spider said, Snake was surprised seeing her
"I didn't think you were sssstill alive" Snake said smirking
"How could you think I was dead?" Spider said
"Before thisss I really thought you had done your last trickssss"
"Dear Snake, a magician never performs a disappearing act then actually disappears" Spider said grabbing Snake's chin
"And sssso you gotten cheeky"
"Well, when you haven't had the company of someone that could knock you up in a long time I grow cheeky" Spider made Snake grin in interest
"If you two are done, Snake go to the gathering and find who I am against" Ka-oi said in disgust with Spider and Snake
"Alrightssss, but when I come back I'll actually do sssome harm to you"  Snake said leaving

Jason was putting the clothes Ken had given him for finishing his training, they fit well and the back had a place for the twisting tornadoes, he put the swords in their place and went outside this was his official and first meeting other Protectors from other countries.
"Ready?" Ken asked
"Kind of" Jason said
"It's ok, just be yourself" Jason took a breath as Ken escorted him to the meeting, There were at least 10 people there more than Jason anticipated with but he was calm. Ren and Yong were also meeting everyone
"There he is!!!Jason come here" Yong said motioning for him to come, Jason came over to Yong
"Jason, I would like you to meet Bald eagle and her Protector James"
"Nice to meet you, I know your Dad Mark" James said shaking his hand
"Yeah he said something about you" Jason said
"It's nice to meet you, you're quite Famous among the Animals" Bald eagle said
"Me?"
"Having two spirits inside of you and finishing your training fast is making you quite popular" Eagle explained
"Thanks I guess"
"Let's go meet others" Yong pulled Jason away from America and straight to Spain
"This is Bull and Tyler"They both gave a wave
"Sonya and  Tiger from Russia"
"Shaun and Raven from England"
"Last but certainly not least, Snake  and Hereno"
"Nicssss to sssee you again" Snake said
"You too"

Lion roared to get everyone's attention
"Now thank you all for coming, Ka-oi is back and he's not going to be easy as last, this time he'll want to make an ending, endanger innocent lives, ruin cities and conquer the world but we're not going to let him do that, we're not going to sit back and watch him. We're going to beat him and by luck kill him, because he killed of us a 1000 years ago and now we have to get revenge. We're Animals Spirits who need our Protectors and the world needs us so we'll save the world from destruction and can't wait to see the peace again. To Heros!!" Lion said rasping his glass
"To Heros" Jason said quietly after Lion's speech, Lion decided to talk to Jason again about Spider
"Jason we really need to talk" Lion said approaching him
"Sure" Jason and Lion went to the same building Owl showed him when he was telling him about Ka-oi
"Ka-oi used a Protector as you know he wanted power but there was another want Owl failed to mention"
"What was it?"
"Ka-oi was in Love, Protectors have a very strict rule 'no falling in love'"
"What? Why not?!"
"Because when your a Protector you're supposed to protect the country but when you're in love you protect that one person, discarding millions for one person is wrong"
"But haven't you fallen in love or your Protector?"
"Jason this job is not to protect one person, if you fell in love and the Villain made you choose a family or the person, who would you choose?"
"I don't know I'd try to save both"
"There is the problem, someone will die because you wanted to protect only one person"
"But your saying it's wrong"
"It's not wrong but you can't be a Protector and a lover at the same time"
"Yes, they have followed the rule and if you are still love with Blue you need to let her go, she's not who you think she is"
"No, I have known since I met her, she's not an Animal, she's my best friend and my crush"
"Ka-oi fell to evil when the one he loved died, I don't to see that in you and the power that you posses"
"I won't!! But I do know that Blue isn't who you think she is"
"Then what is this" Lion held a scroll with a painting and the person was Blue, it was the person Jason loved.
