Jason ate Lunch quickly he wanted to get a sword and he couldn't believe he beat all of his teachers, Ken was nowhere to be seen so was Ren and Yong. Jason finished and looked for them, they weren't on the top of the mountain anymore so he hiked down to the river and there they were, a long table was there too and on top were all kind of swords.
"Ahh you finished, are you ready?" Owl asked
"I don't know" Jason said
"Don't be nervous " Ren said, Jason came to the table, the swords were very different, long ones, short ones and others that came in pairs but there was a special set of swords away from the rest
"What swords are those?" Jason asked
"Those use to be my swords, Twisting Tornadoes, one of the fastest and strongest swords in history it also goes with your power but no one hasn't been able to use them cause the swords haven't chose them" Ren explained
"Can I try?" Jason asked
"Sure but remember the sword must choose you too" Jason went over to the set and touched the handle , he picked them up and swing them around, but then a light caused him to close his eyes
"Um is that supposed to happen?" He yelled
Ren was confused as well and when the light died down he could see the change in the swords, the handle on both of them had changed color and the blades hand something written on it
'The power is inside of you' he read to himself
"The blades accepted you" Owl said
"Way to go Little Protector, you might be the greatest Protector in the whole of history"
"I'm just doing my best" Jason said shyly
"Lion will be waiting for us, let's go" Owl said
"Wait who?"
"Lion, Animal Protector of Ethiopia and leader of all Animal Spirits" Yong said

Delphia was already making a fire for their food, the sun was already down and they had done camping before.
"Mom!!!" Naya yelled
"Naya!!!" Delphia yelled, Naya came in to the light holding a guy's hand
"Mom, I found this guy hanging around, he's cute" Delphia looked at the guy Naya brought in, his hair was blonde and he wore funny clothes
"Do you own this place?" Delphia asked
"Yes, you can stay for the night" Lion said knowing who they were
"Oh thank goodness, I'm Delphia and the one holding your hand is my daughter Naya"
"Hi" Lion said
"Honey this was all I could find, whose this?"Mark said handing some herbs to Delphia
"This is the owner of the temple"
"Oh sorry I'm Mark"
"Just call me Leon" He said shaking his hand
"Oh, Kenji come say hi"
"Hi, I'm Kenji"
"Welcome all of you, have you gone anywhere else?"
"No not all, we were already trespassing so we stayed in one place" Mark explained
"Good, cause I have some residence living here"
"Oh can't wait to meet them, potato stew?"Delphia said offering food
"Sure"

Jason knew they were getting close
"Ken, did you leave stew on the fire?"Jason said smelling a delightful smell
"It must be Lion making food for us"
"Can't wait to show him my blades" Jason said pointing to his back
"Well put them away once we get there" Jason turned to the entry of the temple, he forgot to notice the people around the fire and the strangers looked at him in surprise
"Jason!!!!" Delphia yelled
"What?!!!" Jason turned around to see his parents, Kenji and Naya with a face he wasn't familiar with
"What are you doing here? What are those on your back and why aren't you at the University?!!?" Delphia asked a lot questions and Jason couldn't answer any of them
"Ahhh Mr and Mrs Yoso-gai no" Ken said entering, Ren and Yong disappeared making Jason sigh in relief
"Are those swords?" Naya asked
"No, just sticks" Jason said walking away from the fire
"Bro we came all the way to see you" Kenji said
"What is going on here? I don't care how crazy it sounds someone just explain it to me!!!" Delphia yelled
"Take a seat Mrs.Yoso-gai no" Lion said
"I'll just go put this away" Jason said trying to slip away
"I think it should be you to tell them" Lion said
"Ken?" Jason asked
"It's your secret to tell" he answered, Jason sat down with his family, he didn't know where to start the spirits or the powers
"We'll, I'm a Protector" he said
"A what?" Naya asked
"A Protector that means, I have—"
"Animal Spirits inside of you" Mark said, Jason was quite shocked by those words from his dad
"Wait, you know about this?" Delphia asked
"We'll if you must know I knew about this when my friend was one"
"What friend?!" Delphia asked
"Just a friend, which country do you protect?" He asked
"Both China and Korea"
"That's a lot and your powers?"
"Wind, Fire and Water"
"Powers??!!"Naya sounded interested
" Yes, Jason has two spirits inside of him, both of the strongest ones and he has to battle against Ka-oi the damned" Kenji was dumbstruck with what his ears were picking up
"So my younger brother is a hero?" He asked
"Not yet but I will be once I defeat Ka-oi"
"Awesome, but is this why you didn't come back with us?" Naya asked
"Yes"
"Will you be safe?" Delphia asked
"I don't know, I do know I have to stop him but don't worry mom I'm not going to die from this"
"You better not"
"Since you've been in Japan, have you seen Blue?" Kenji asked
"Did you just say Blue?" Lion asked
"Yeah that's my girlfriend's name"
"What's here last name?"
"Blue Carnal, why?"
"So she isn't dead" Lion said catching Jason's attention
"What do you mean?" He asked
"Your friend isn't who you think she is, Carnal means 'illusion' and she must be Spider"
"What are you saying?" Kenji asked
"Spider is supposed to be dead but she must have faked her death and lived, she tricks people into illusions"
"Blue is my best friend she's not a animal Spirit, I've known her since we were kids" Jason said
"Those memories are just illusions she put in your head"
"Don't tell me that Henry  and Selena  don't exist they're her parents
"They were illusions too, She's Spider that means she webs lies and make them look real"
"No no I won't believe you!!" Jason stormed off to his room, he wasn't going to believe anything he heard from Lion it was a lie right? Was everything he had with Blue a lie? Their time making songs? Talking for hours? Skipping class? No!! It's not a lie because He liked Blue and he was going to protect the friendship they had.
