The plane ride was filled with tension. He couldn't help but steal glances at James, who was seated next to his brother Yim.

He was acutely aware of the discomfort between them, a remnant from the night he had tried to force himself on James.

Net was drawn to James' stubbornness, his defiance, and the fact that he had managed to escape him that night only added to his appeal.

Net had his secrets. He was a mafia boss, a fact he kept hidden, fearing it would drive James further away. But despite James' apparent distaste for him, Net was determined to get close to him. He was willing to do whatever it took, even if it meant enduring James' hatred.

As the plane touched down, James was quick to gather his belongings. Net watched him, a smirk playing on his lips.

They are now going to the parking lot ,but Net got an idea when he saw James walk fast like he was near to running.

He called out to him, "Nong James, don't walk like that. You look like a duck!" He laughed, mimicking James' hurried gait.

James' eyes flamed with anger.

"Phi, stop bullying my best friend," Yim interjected, coming to James' defense.

"I'm not bullying him, little brother. Just stating the facts," Net retorted, his smirk never leaving his face.

They left the airport, with Net insisting they drop James off at his condo.

James reluctantly agreed. In the airport parking lot,Net pushed his brother to sit beside the driver seat.Net strategically positioned himself next to James in the car, ignoring the surprise in James' eyes.
Net and James sitting beside each other from the back.

As Thomas drove, Yim fell asleep, leaving Net and James alone in the backseat. Net couldn't help but tease James, who was staring out of the window.

"You'll hurt your neck if you keep staring outside like that," he joked, earning an eye roll from James.

When they reached James' condo, Net intentionally locked the car door, trapping James inside.(In the airport Net asked Thomas to lock the car's door and not open it because he wanted him to do it-or he wants open the door for James).

He leaned in close, their faces just inches apart. He could hear James' heart pounding and see the blush creeping up his cheeks. Unable to resist, Net leaned in and kissed him on lips. James' eyes widened in shock, and he pushed Net away.

Then the door was now open ,he hurried and went out of the car .

" Thank you for dropping me off." and walked away quickly, not looking back.

Net watched him go, a satisfied grin on his face.

"Boss, you're still an expert at this. No rust in your flirting skills at all," Thomas commented, earning a laugh from Net. "Of course. Now, let's head home," Net replied, still grinning as they drove away.

James POV.

As I retreated to the solitude of my room, I was overcome with a wave of confusion. The lingering taste of that unexpected kiss had left me in a state of disarray. Annoyed and flustered by the turmoil of emotions, I decided to wash away my thoughts with a hot shower.

Once I was dressed, my stomach growled in protest, reminding me that I hadn't eaten anything since morning. With a sigh, I headed to the kitchen to cook some noodles - it was all I had the energy for. As the noodles bubbled away, I found myself lost in thought, the image of that kiss continually replaying in my mind.

With my meal prepared, I sank into the sofa, hoping to distract myself with some mindless entertainment on Netflix. But just as I was starting to lose myself in the world of television, my phone buzzed, breaking me out of my reverie.

The incoming call was from an unknown number. I stared at the screen, hesitant. The call didn't stop. It was insistent, almost demanding my attention. With a sigh, I picked up the phone.

"Hello?" I greeted, my voice echoing in the silence. No response.

"Hello, who is this?" I asked again, my annoyance growing. Still, silence. "If you don't tell me who you are, I'm ending this call. Goodbye."

Just as I was about to press the end call button, a voice came from the other end of the line. "Hi, how are you?"

Taken aback, I asked, "Who's this?"

"Your future husband," he responded, a chuckle evident in his voice.

I scoffed, "Wow, confident much? As if I would want you to be my husband. Don't flatter yourself, mister."

"Are you ready?" he asked, and suddenly, I recognized the voice. It was Mr. Net.

"Ah, so you got my number from your brother. I see," I said, my voice laced with annoyance. "But I don't want to talk to you."

And with that, I ended the call, leaving Mr. Net on the other end of the line.

Net's POV:

As we arrived at Yim's luxurious penthouse, I borrowed his phone under the pretense of needing to make a call. I told him I had run out of load and had forgotten to buy more. However, my true intention was to get James' number. Yim had chosen to live independently, and I had gifted him this penthouse to support his decision.

Once I had James' number, I bid my brother goodbye. Upon reaching my own house, I immediately retreated to the privacy of my room and dialed James' number.

I felt a twinge of annoyance when he didn't pick up immediately. But when he finally did and I heard his voice, I was overcome with a strange mixture of relief and nervousness. His voice was like a melody to my ears, and I wanted to hear more. So, I stayed silent, even when he threatened to end the call. I couldn't resist teasing him a bit before he hung up.

After the call, I decided to take a shower. As I was getting dressed, my smart home system notified me of a message from Thomas.

"Sir, Dos is here," the voice informed me.

"Alright, tell him to wait for me. I'll be there in a minute," I replied.

I took the elevator up to the balcony where Dos was waiting, casually swirling wine in a glass.

"What brings you here?" I asked, accepting the glass of wine he offered.

"Well, Mr. Dave decided he didn't want to participate and has run off," Dos informed me.

I frowned, "Then tell our people to find him. You know what to do."

Dos simply smirked and replied, "Alright, I'll inform them. Their mission – to find that runaway. And give that asshole the punishment that he didn't expect
Relax, Uno. We'll find him," he assured me.

We spent the rest of the evening catching up until it was time for Dos to leave. As he drove off, I glanced at the CCTV footage and noticed a boy in Dos' car. He looked familiar. I realized with a start that I had seen him on Yim's phone. The boy in Dos' car looked eerily similar to the kid I had seen on my brother's phone.

" Hahaha Dos new toy " I smirked and went to my bedroom and  lay my back on the soft bed and I smiled when I saw the image of James when I sealed his lips with mine and his cheek were blushing, damn he is gorgeous ". Then I close my eyes and slept.
