when i woke up it was 6:00 'ugh' i complained to myself but still got up and went to the bathroom to take a shower. i took a quick shower and brushed my hair before i quickly ran to my room with a towel wrapped around me. i shut my door and got out matching underwear and bra, then got on black skinny jeans and an off the shoulder shirt and knee high beige boots then trudged downstairs where Charlie was with Bella. "good morning" i said with fake enthusiasm. "that reminds me, i got you guys a welcome home presant". Charlie said with a smile on his face.
he got up and walked outside and i followed. when i walked outside i saw a red truck. "is this ours" i asked excitedly. "yes" i squeeled jumping up and down then hugged him. "this is awesome, wait is this a 1960 chevy"? i asked getting a better look at it. "why yes it is, how did you know"? "umm when i lived in Arizona i worked on cars" i said nonchalantly. "oh, well here you go" he said handing me the keys.
i squeeled again before i ran inside grabbed my backpack and told Bella to get in the car. she sighed and grabbed her backpack and walked outside with me. i jumped into the drivers seat and put the key in and turned the car on, it roard to life before it settled. Bella carefully walked around to the passenger seat. it wasnt hard at all to find the school. we where one of the first people here so we parked up by the office where it said 'no parking at any time'. "Ady we cant park here". Bella told me looking around. "Pfft sure we can, we are just going to go in to get our schedules" i replied getting out of the warm cab and walking to the office.
when we walked in the lady at the front desk looked up at us "may i help you"? she asked. "umm yes, im Adelynn and thi-" she cut me off and said "oh yes, here are your schedules and maps of the school" she handed us both two slips of paper. "thank you" Bella and i said at the same time and walked back outside.
i got back in the drivers side and drove into the student parking lot. Kids were just starting to arive so we picked a spot as close to the doors as we could get and got out while grabbing our stuff. Most of the day was uneventful and i met this guy named Tyler, and boy was he funny and a prankster, which meant we would get along just fine. by the time it was lunch Tyler and i became friends and he asked me to sit at his table with his friends. i said yes but only if my sister could come to and he agreed. "okay this way" he said guiding us to a table. "okay every one this is, Adelynn, and Bella, Adelynn and Bella, this is Mike, Eric, Angela, Jessica, and Lauren" "Hi" i waved to everyone.
Bella blushed and gave a small smile. "Hey i think you'll like them" i whispered to he and sat down. after a little while Bella asked "who are they" to Jessica. i followed her gaze to the most beautiful people i have ever seen. "Oh thats the Cullens, they dont talk to anybody outside their little group" "Oh" she let it drop. "pst, i dare you to go over there and talk to them" Tyler whispered in my ear. "oh you are so on" i whispered back. "i'll be right back" i said mostly to my sister. i walked over to their table and sat down. they all looked at me shocked. "Hello my name is Adelynn, your names are"? i asked looking around at all of them. The first to speak was a pixi like girl "Im Alice, nice to meet you".
i smiled and nodded, "im Andrew" the guy next to Alice said. "im Emmett, and this is Rosalie" Emmett said pointing to the blonde model next to him. "Im Edward" the guy next to Emmett said, he looked kinda frustraited but i just brushed it off and looked at the guy i was was sitting next to. my whole world stopped when i looked in his beautiful golden eyes. only did i realize that there was other people when someone cleard their throat. i shook my head and looked at them "umm.. whats your name"? i asked looking back at the blonde boy next to me. "Jasper, ma'm" he said with an accent. i smiled and said "its nice to meet you all". i could hear Jasper inhale and then looked down at me shocked.
i smiled evily at them and said "it seems im not the only one who has a secret". "what"? Emmett asked confused. "As you may notice, i smell different, not completely human and not completly Vampire" i head several gasps as i said this. "you see my mother is a half-breed and the trait was passed down to me instead of my sister, i dont know why but thats just how it is, anyways im a half-breed, i would just like to warn you now that you better not hurt anyone in this school you understand"?
"we dont drink human blood we drink animal blood" Andrew said "is that why your eyes are gold instead of red"? i asked curiously. "yeah" Rosalie answered this time. "i do to but as you can see it doesnt effect my eyes". i said motioning to my eyes. i felt a little presure on my head and looked at Edward, he was stairing at me. 'so your a mind reader'? i asked letting my shield down. he gasped and looked at me funny. the corners of my mouth turned up and i looked back at the table.
"whats so funny" Jasper asked bringing me out of my daze. "oh um nothing". He looked at me suspiciously but shrugged it off and placed his hands on the table, and while doing so he brushed his hand on my arm and I felt sparks where he touched. I gasped 'hes my mate' I thought to myself shocked but a little happy. the cool thing about me is that im not just a half-breed but a tri-breed, and what that is, is that instead of having a vamp and human gene I also have a werewolf gene.
Edward gasped again and I realized that I hadnt put my shield back up. I quickly snapped it back into place and acted like nothing happed. 'mate, we found our mate' my wolf said excitedly in my head, which caused me to chuckle. "why are your emotions so ugh" Jasper asked me. I cocked a brow at him and said "so your an empath". "yeah and hes not the only one with a gift, Eddie here can read minds and Alice can see the future". Emmett said and got a growl from Edward. "oh ive already figured out that Edward can read minds" I said and glared at Edward.
I looked at the clock and saw that it was almost the end of lunch so I checked my schedule. "oh you have gym next with myself, Andrew, and Jasper". Alice said enthusiasticly. I could tell we we going to get along just fine. "hey Alice if-" "i would love to go shoping with you this weekend" she squeeled bouncing up and down in her seat. I smiled at her and said "great, oh hey Rosalie would you like to come"? Rosalie looked shocked at first but then smiled and said "i would love to thanks". Just then the bell sounded and I got up and stretched before I grabbed my bag and headed out the canteen doors.
