"Are you gonna explain yourself?"
"ahh...fuck, just help me with him call the police or something ill explain on the way."

Felix helped you to the car and sat u down leaving the door open with your legs out, he called the police and told them to just come and hurry. Shortly the police arrived with a few paramedics, two nurses where knelt infront of you observing your injuries whilst a police officer talked to Felix and another cuffed up the guy and threw him on the backseat after he woke up, he grumbled curses to himself, you smirked proudly to yourself feeling good that he was finally getting what he deserved.
"Ma'am" the paramedics voice got your attention "You are seriously injured, we wont ask questions yet but we need to take you to the hospital immediately" you were shocked you didnt even realise how much pain you actually were in and then it finally caught up to you. you started coughing up blood and just tapped them on the shoulder to let them know you were okay with it. They brought a stretcher from the ambulance and carefully placed your legs on it slowly heaving your whole body up and rushing you inside.
Felix was worried but he had to follow the polices car to the station to tell them what happened, of course he didn't know - you still had to tell him, but he would explain that to the police when they got there, he was relieved that this man was finally being imprisoned but it scared him how he even came into contact with you in the first place...

You were on the stretcher and although you had blacked out you could still hear faint noises if the paramedics, you didnt know how long it had been, how much time passed. You just wanted to go home. You woke up to the scent of medicine intoxicating you, you were in a hospital, so white and clean it sparkled. you regained consciousness and saw a thin plastic straw looking pipe taped around your wrists going into your veins that led up to an IV, You looked down to see you were covered in hospital robes with several bandages littered on your arms and legs. You sighed to yourself and closed your eyes when you heard the nurses coming inside.
"Oh dear your awake"
you just hummed to her still not opening your eyes.
"You have a few visitors but before they come in we just want to let you know that you received some severe blows to your stomach and leg, you were internally bleeding and it looked like something sharp was stabbed into your leg unfortunately it hit a nerve and caused one of your arteries to explode thats why your on IV's...You also have a dislocated rib but its nothing we cant fix. You'll just have surgery and stay here for a few days so we can keep a track of how your doing, does that sound okay?" You widened your eyes, it was a lot to take in but it was expected, that man was twice your size and definitely got into fights often. You just happened to be lucky, you nodded at the nurse.
"Uhmm is it alright if the visitors come in now?"
"oh, yeah thats fine."
she opened the door and a swarm of people came in with worried expressions, however one face spiked your interest; your mum. You felt tears welling in your eyes and your mouth lifting into a small smile, you hadn't seen her in ages since you moved away to study in your dream university, she sat on the end of your bed and grabbed your hands, stroking them softly she looked up at you already crying unable to speak, everytime she tried she just let out choked sobs instead.
Felix came up behind her and stroked her back soothingly she looked back smiling and then looked back at you, this surprised you because Felix and your mum never really liked eachother, it was your dad that liked Felix which is the only reason your mum let you be with him so seeing them get along made you happy.
"H-hi sweety, how are you feeling?"
"haha, ive felt way better but.. thankyou for coming"
"im so sorry i wasn't there for you when you needed me, i had no idea how much you were going through..." her voice was cracking now.
"m-mum no" you tried to move closer to her but the IV on your wrists wouldnt let you go closer so you just tightened your grip on her hands. "I didnt tell you, you told me to let you know whenever i was upset and i didnt im sorry, i shouldve listened to you mum." tears were spilling out your eyes, your eyes felt so sore you felt like you could collapse any second but instead you both embraced eachother in a hug, she made sure not to hug too tightly because of your ribs but it still felt nice.
You saw Felix looking at you smiling softly and when you caught him staring he looked away embarrassed, you laughed and held your hands out in a grabbing motion urging him and your friends to join the hug. They all joined the hug from each side and everyone was now crying. After a while everyone broke from the hug and you had a few conversations with your friends, Lia saying how she would've kicked the guys ass as soon as he looked at her which made you laugh.
Everyone left and it was only you and Felix left, your mum kissed you both on the cheek and left, Felix was smiling to himself he was probably happy that your mum was okay with him now. He made his way to you and sat on the end of the bed, cradling your hands like your mum did.
"hey...im sorry"
"what, why are you sorry Felix?"
"it was the same guy who threatened me, i thought you figured that out by now...your slow."
You playfully slapped his arm laughing "Im not slow! i knew it was him when he said 'You can blame your little boyfriend for this" you mimicked his voice but it sounded silly and you were both laughing now. "Anyways...im fine now and hes in jail so its all...good?"
"haha...yeah i guess, how did you even see him the first place"
"He walked in asking for a coffee, but he was covered in all black with a cap so i couldnt make out he was, he asked to sit with him and talk about something, it seemed a bit suspicious but we were in broad daylight so i thought id be safe, he started talking about how you let him down and whatever and i got angry and started shouting a bit and then he dug a knife in my thigh and basically threatened me , long story short we ended up in an alleyway and just fought i guess..."
"w-WHY ARE YOU SPEAKING SO CASUALLY OH MY GOD YOU COULDV'E DIED Y/N!"
"but i didnttt!" you said smiling stupidily.
"oh my god...your so reckless, but im proud of you" he said smiling and kissed your knuckles.
"Promise me next time, we do everything together" he said sticking his pinkie out.
"promise" you said intertwining your pinkie with his.
you felt happy in his presence and wanted him to stay but he soon had to go as visiting hours were over, you still texted him until you both fell asleep - which was like at 3am, but it didn't bother you.
You just wanted to get out of hospital as soon as possible and be with Felix, Your worries were slowly vanishing and everything was coming back together...you hoped.
