you were mentally relieved, sighing contently to yourself, you crawled on top of Felix's lap and hugged him tightly the tears finally spilling out, he nuzzled his head into your shoulder and returned the hug, pulling you closer by your legs. It was a little uncomfortable considering the clothes you two were wearing and the fact he hadn't taken his coat of yet but you didn't mind at this moment in time. Right now you just wanted to be with him and make him feel safe, you could feel his heart beating against your chest when he briefly let go and planted a kiss on your forehead.
After a while you both pulled away and got up, he grabbed your hand softly intertwining his fingers between yours and led you to the balcony. It was nice outside, a warm wind swooping in that made your hair fly, it felt comfortable, you watched as the sky faded from a light blue to a purple as the sun slowly set, you softly breathed in the serenity of the sky, hearing birds chirping their hearts away. You both stared off into the distance.
"were you smoking?" Felix sighed, breaking the silence. you just hummed in response when he looked at you furrowing his eyebrows.
"How much? because when we were hugging i could smell it, and it was really strong."
"a box" you said nonchalantly still not breaking your gaze from the view ahead of you, well aware of the piercing eyes on you.
"... please dont take a whole box next time."
"i wont" you said looking back at him giving him a reassuring smile. He smiled back and no other words were exchanged after that. You walked back inside after a while as it started to get colder, after showering and brushing your teeth you were about to go to sleep when Felix called you from the other room, you lazily went to him waiting for him to speak.
"Do you wanna watch a movie or something..." he said shyly looking away, you chuckled to your self finding his gesture cute and agreed sitting next to him, he wrapped a blanket around both of you, you rested your head on his shoulder as he looked for a movie. You both decided on a horror movie- well you forced him to to which he eventually agreed to. The movie ended after a while, but you were both too tired to get up so you just fell asleep on the sofa together, it was warm and it felt nice... you were so happy, you fell asleep with a smile. you wished time would just stand still and you both didnt have anything else to worry about.
But there was still something lurking, something that would break you.

You heard the blaring of your phone alarm and were disrupted from your comfortable sleep, groaning you slowly got up careful not to wake up Felix, adjusting the blanket on him and slowly bringing his head down to rest on a pillow, you smiled before placing a kiss on his cheek and going to the kitchen, you were starving so you made yourself pancakes, you made some for Felix too and wrapped it up in foil to keep it warm for when he wakes up. sitting down you started eating scrolling through your phone, you saw several texts from Lia, Serena and Bailey. You frowned to yourself realizing that they were probably worried, you didnt think about them at all after that night and it made you feel guilty. You texted them all briefly saying you were fine and decided to call Lia. Pressing the call button you waited till she picked up.
"Y/N ARE YOU OKAY?!"
"im sorrryyy, yes im fine thankyou"
"ok phewww, you scared me...what happened."
you laughed before speaking "lets just say me and Felix made up and im...im actually really happy"
"woah are you for real? you guys are actually talking and not fighting, damnnn"
"stop it! yes i know crazy. But im positive this is getting better, im sorry for putting you guys through so much and scaring you, im so grateful...and now... I feel like im going to get better and as soon as i do i'll make it up to you, serena , everyone. promise!"
"aww, take your time its okay, we'll always be here for you. Just look after yourself babes, we love you so much"
"i-i love you too, all of you so much thankyou" you said trying not to cry from happiness.
"heyyy dont cry, your welcomeee and just let me know whenever your free, were going to go out again, Felix too!"
"that would be great... thankyou, i gotta go now though im running late for work.
"that fine see ya Y/nnnnnn!"
"byeeeee" you hung up and smiled to yourself, you felt like your life was finally coming back together and you felt so happy. You heard footsteps and saw Felix's large body coming in, his hair was messy and he was rubbing his eyes, the sleeves of his shirt slightly lifted from the way he slept. He looked so tired you couldn't help but smile at how cute he looked.
"im sorry did i wake you up"
"noooo not at all, besides you sounded happy so i dont mind" he said walking closer to you and hugging your waist from the back, placing his head on your shoulder, you giggled feeling butterflies in your stomach, placing your hand on his rubbing it soothingly, he kissed your neck softly and sat down next to you.
"I missed you so much Felix..."
"Me too y/n"
you gave him his pancakes before saying you had to go to work, getting ready you gave him a kiss which he returned, sprinting outside, unlocking your car you stepped in and started driving towards your workplace. When you got in and you were already giving orders when something spiked your interest.
"Excuse me miss"
"yes, how can i help you" the man that stood infront of you was wearing all black with a black cap you couldn't see his face but he definitely looked sketchy, you got chills just looking at him.
"can i have just a coffee and...can i just talk to you for a second"
"Uhh..." you looked around everyone was too busy to see how uncomfortable you were, you sighed to yourself.
