Later that day, Meredith and Eric set the kids down to talk.
"We have some good news for you three." says Meredith.
"What is it?" says Elena.
"You three are going to be older siblings." says Eric with a smile.
"I'm going to be a big brother." says Stefan.
"That's so cool." says Damon.
"Yeah!" says Elena.
"This is awesome." says Stefan.
"Now, who wants to go out to eat." says Meredith.
