"Accio wand" I said and my wand shot into my hand

I pointed it at Jeremiah my clothes covered in blood as I walked towards him slowly. He stood still wand at the ready as he shot a spell at me but I deflected it.

"Come on do it" he snapped

"What exactly might that be Jeremiah?" I asked

"You don't have the guts to use the killing curse we all know it, it takes part of your soul are you willing to make that sacrifice?" He said

"I never said I was going to kill you Jeremiah, never once said I'd use that curse on you did I?" I said in a rhetorical manner

"Your stupid then" he said and shot a hex in my direction

I yet again deflected yet thus time the hex ricochet and hit him knocking him into the wall and out cold. I waved my wand and untied Matteo yet said nothing as I headed towards the door.

"So that's it huh?" He said

I stopped not turning towards him, but waited to see if he said anything else.

"Your just going to leave just like that, did anything I say mean something to you?, did our time mean nothing to you?" He asked

I laughed genuinely laughed as I turned and faced him pointing my wand towards him.

"You don't get to say shit like that, it meant everything to me, you meant everything to me and yet you did worse than kill me Matteo, I was nothing to you and don't lie and say you cared because if you cared we wouldn't be in this situation but truth is things worked out didn't they, you won't die now because I'm not with you, we aren't together and now your path changed you don't die just have to live without me and that is what you have to deal with, the sight of me not in your arms at night, it's not you pleasing me anymore, your hands don't touch me and get to feel my mouth on yours anymore, I don't belong to you Matteo riddle I never truly did and I definitely don't now" I said

"What do you mean I don't die now?" He asked

"I had a vision of our deaths, your father killed me and then you were killed by him, but maybe if we aren't together just maybe then we changed things, and maybe I'm grateful you cheated because then a new path opened and made way for a new route that I get to take, a happier one where I don't die and if you survive then that's another thing I changed, I changed my path the visions change they don't always come true" I said and with that I left

I apperated back to Theodore's room to find him pacing around panicked.

"Theo" I said softly

He spun around and rushed to me pulling me into his arms and that's when I cried.

"I've got you now" he said softly I felt the tears falling from his cheeks

After a while we were now in his bed his arms around my body as I cuddled closer.

"Be mine Cara Mia, I'll do whatever it takes to make you happy, make you feel loved and I'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe from your parents and anyone who dares hurt you, please be mine" he said

"I'd love to be yours Theo" I said and kissed him gently

It took time but we gathered a lot of my stuff and used the shrinking charm to pack it all nicely in my trunk. We waited for a meeting to be held at Malfoy manor so my parents would be gone and we could sneak inside to gather stuff. We only had a little bit of time and we gathered as much as we could within an hour and a half. Then we left together back to his room, he made space in his room for my things and promised to keep me safe and hidden. Not that his father was sober enough to notice another person staying in the house. And soon Christmas break was coming to an end, heading back hand in hand to the train with Theo felt new and amazing.

We walked into the compartment with our friends and sat to wait for the lot to arrive.

"Paris was so fun" I giggled when Theo kissed my cheek

"What happened in Paris?" Pansy smirked

"Can't say, lots of parties tho" I smirked and looked at Theo

"Something tells me lots of sex too" Daphne smirked as she walked into the compartment with Blaze behind

I blushed and laughed softly as Theo pulled me closer and his mood suddenly felt agitated. I looked up and the lot of us were all silent, but I decided to play nice.

"Tom, Matteo sit why don't you, we were talking about break what were you up to?" I asked

As if I didn't know some of what they did considering I was kidnapped with Matteo. Although I told Theo everything and he comforted me while I explained through sobs. I told him I was trying to do myself a favor and push past what Matteo did and look at the brighter side of things. If Matteo hadn't helped distract I wouldn't be here with my friends and boyfriend.

"Oh we had business like usual and a trip to Rome" Tom said

"Me and Theo went the Paris together" I said

I watched as hurt flashed across Matteo's eyes and face but it easily left just as I'd seen it come. I turned and listened to pansy talk about her trips with her family and how she saw Adrian Pucey there. Daphne went over to the Zabini manor with her parents and her and blaze took it upon themselves to mess around. Draco was with us in Paris along side his mum Narcissa. We needed an adult and Draco had fun with the French girls so it wasn't too bad for him.
