"He's still hibernating in that suspension chamber. khun moor says it takes time." Pond explained to Joong about Dunk's current status. All Joong understood from Pond's storytelling was that Dunk was alive. That was all that he needed to know.
"Bring me to him." he said excitedly. Pond tried to calm him down. No matter how excited he was, it was rather heartbreaking to look at Dunk in his current condition. But before he could say anything, Dao had rushed into the room with Kluen, Neungdiao and Palm behind him. Phuwin and Dew had left to visit Dunk with Kluen's proposal video in hand.
"Paaw, gert alai kuen (what happened)? Loong Phu said you rushed off with Loong Pond all of a sudden." Then he saw the phone in Joong's hand. He saw the picture of his Paaw and Pa. Joong had been excited when he had found contact lens with the exact same colour as his husband. He had to take a picture of them. Dao was the one who took the picture so he remembered it well. All the memories of his Pa came rushing back to him. He knew what he had been missing all these while.
"Pa..." he whispered.

"Pa!" He clapped Kluen's shoulder repeatedly, unable to voice further than that. The emotion overwhelmed him. The tears started coming as he remembered that his Pa could well be gone during his memory lapse. Joong hugged his son.
"Your Pa is still alive. Your loong Pond said that your Pa is still alive. He's going to bring us to him." Joong told Dao excitedly. Dao had wiped his tears off, looking hopefully at Pond. Pond could only sighed.

Palm was the one who drove them in a 6 seater. Neungdiao was sitting beside him. Palm couldn't help but notice that there was a car trailing them. His training as a executive protection officer made him extra sensitive to his environment.
"We're being followed." He whispered to Neungdiao. Neungdiao panicked at Palm's words. Palm had made a call before weaving through the traffic of Bangkok in a pattern that was hard for others to follow. Once he felt that he had lose them, he went into a parking lot. He gestured for everyone to get out and that they were changing car. Everyone was confused but followed as instruction.
Neungdiao informed his Paaw that they were being followed. He nodded grimly. This was the only time that Pond was glad that Palm was in executive protection. Palm had remained alert until they reached the lab. Mile and Apo were surprised to see all of them. Joong felt that he couldn't walk faster as he followed Pond's direction.
Once the door opened, he saw Dunk suspended in a tube looking chamber. Phuwin was playing the video of Kluen's proposal to Dunk with two other people watching along. He remembered them. They had spoken during a video call before. He vaguely remembered Pond saying that Phuwin and Dunk had found their parents so he assumed that it was them that he spoke of. He wai-ed towards them before having a good look at Dunk. He couldn't help but touch the glass that housed his husband. He looked so peaceful that it felt as if he was sleeping. He wished he could reach through the glass and touch him.
"He should be coming around soon." Joong was startled by the voice behind him.
"I'm Mix, the doctor/ scientist in charge of your husband, Dunk. You are Joong, I assume?" Joong nodded his head. Dao had stood beside him to have a good look at his Pa. He too touched the glass hoping to reach his Pa. He longed for his Pa's reassuring hug that all will be fine.
"It's taking longer than intended. His health condition was a lot more worse than I expected. He came in just in time. Any later, I wouldn't have been able to help him." Mix explained on why Dunk was still in the chamber after that many months.
"He'll be fine?" Mix nodded with a smile to his question. Joong couldn't help but feel relieved. Pond had gestured to Palm as he explained to Earth on how they were being followed. Earth frowned at that piece of news. He looked towards Mix. They couldn't afford to move while Dunk was in the last stage of recovery. They hoped that he would wake up before they were found.
