War
what is this?
why must we suffer?
get kicked and thrown to the side by those who believe they have more power over us
because they have money, wealth and power
whereas I have a singular penny to last on
to survive until the end of my days
why does power exist?
why are there those who have more of it than others?
we have seen the wars waged for power, money
but what about those countries who are unable to fight back due to the lack of power
Ukraine, Palestine, Afghanistan
the list goes on and on
Why won't those who are in power help them?
ease their suffering and pain
children are dying, being tortured, being orphaned
mothers are screaming over the death of their child, crying and collapsing on the battlefield
the battlefield they once called their home
They are powerless, their voices aren't enough
they are being bombed, tortured and left with no will to live
while those countries in power dance, sing and laugh enjoying the sanctuary that they are in
allowing those who are powerless to die at their feet
stepping over them, ignoring them until they are the ones who are sacrificed and put in danger
until they are the bodies on the floor
until their children are dying. being tortured and orphaned
until mothers are screaming over the death of their child, crying and collapsing on the battlefield
the battlefield they once called their home
where is this power that they had before?
begging and crying for mercy
why must we suffer
what have we done?
power is given to those in the wrong
but power means nothing when there is nothing at all
so hello my love
So I feel as IF everyone has FORGOTTEN ABOUT THE WAR THAT HAPPENING RN AND WELL idk why that was in caps but yeah it is now
but no one is doing anything or speaking up about it like we see prime ministers going to the shop to get mince pies or whatever but none is posting enough about those who are powerless.
as the generation that is growing up, I feel that we need to make a change and help those who are powerless le those in Palestine for example. The war has been going on for years and years and those countries who can help them are sitting on the side lines and watching this happen.
what I'm saying tho is that we should donate what we can to help those countries by giving them food water and shelter
of course this is a choice that you have it cant grab you through the screen and force you to donate but if you can and want to please donate to those who need it. It can make a big difference and impact on their lives
